WHILE ATTEMPTING TO TURN THE VEHICLE BACK ON I HAD PUT IT IN PARK, HAD MY FOOT ON THE BRAKE, AND HAD HELD THE PUSH TO START BUTTON IN ALL THREE POSITIONS.
