Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 JEEP CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS WHILE DRIVING AT 15 MPH, THE VEHICLE LOSS MOTIVE POWER AND STALLED. A MESSAGE DISPLAYED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL INSTRUCTED THE CONTACT TO RESTART THE ENGINE. CROWLEY CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE RAM 1461 FARMINGTON AVE, BRISTOL, CT 06010, (860)261-3000 WAS CONTACTED AND AN APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED TO HAVE THE VEHICLE DIAGNOSED WHICH WAS STILL PENDING. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 30,000.
