On another occasion while the vehicle was on and running, the contact attempted to exit the driver's side door, but the door failed to open as intended. The contact pressed two unknown buttons on the steering wheel for five seconds, to reset the vehicle, but the failure persisted. The contact depressed the unlock button on the key fob and the doors unlocked. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 12,200.

Car will no longer go into gear. Error comes up “Gear shift error car not in intended gear” but no way to resolve this. Car cannot move at all.
UNKNOWN The vehicle was operating normally until the manufacturer tried to do an Over The Air (OTA) software update. After this event, the car is now unreliable and is now basically bricked in place, without the ability to put vehicle in drive, reverse or neutral. I was able to get the car into my garage after the event on July 9th, it is still inoperable due to this event. If this were to happen to other vehicles, as has been reported by other owners, it could strand vehicles in odd places, possibly in dangerous places.
