American leasing updated my car's software form 2.1 to 2.2 (1 of 3), then 2.2.,2 then 2.2.1. My blind spot monitoring is no longer working, and I get a radar malfunction error. Also, they will not pay for labor on the recall parts, as agreed to by the court order

I am writing to express my deep concerns regarding the ongoing issues that are being seen with the NHTSA recall campaign numbers 24V865000 and 24V623000. My vehicle's braking system, particularly as it relates to its performance over rough terrain, has not yet been addressed even though we have attempted updates. I have experienced significant brake slippage and a loss of function, which poses a serious safety risk. As a responsible vehicle owner, I trust that my car should provide a reliable and safe driving experience, especially when navigating challenging conditions. The frequency of reports from fellow owners about their vehicles becoming undrivable after updates—between 2% and 5%—is alarming and prevents me from attempting the recall process again. The car does not detect pedestrians or other vehicles in the rear of the vehicle. It does, however, detect cars on the side. I just recently backed into another car in a parking garage because this feature does not work. I am disabled, have had a spinal fusion and a neck fusion and I purchased this car because of it's advanced safety features. The features do not work!

The parking sonar will sound but there is no indication where the area of concern is. Meaning it will ping slowly and then speed up as nearing collision, but I don't know if it is coming from the front, the side, etc.

FISKER OCEAN ONE ADAS is nonexistent and does not function! Automatic Emergency Braking does not function. Forward Collision Warning not functioning Parking Collision Warning not functioning Adaptive Cruise Control not functioning Lane Keeping Assistance rarely functions NOT Reliable Lane Departure Warning barely functions NOT Reliable Traffic Warning or Rear Cross Traffic Warning Does not exist Non Existent Vehicle is to have Radar assistant ADAS which did not work and still does not function and when it does continuously sends errors on the Fisker Ocean One vehicle Screen so driver must rely on there own to make sure they drive safe and not rely on what Fisker Ocean One is supposed to do or have for ADAS since nothing functions.

The sensors aren’t reliable. Some days, the sensors work and some days they don’t. While I still utilize the skills from driving without these sensors, there will be a time where the sensor may turn off without me knowing and cause an accident because I can’t safely rely on them

The vehicle drives forward when you put it in reverse. I almost hit the car parked in front of me. The manufacturer has no interest in fixing the problem. this is on top of multiple issues with this car: All the ADAS features are not working and sending false warnings, slamming the breaks when identifying a shadow in front of the vehicle etc.. This car should have not been allowed on the road and it is only a question of time before someone is going to get hurt.

I have had Fisker for over a month now and it is not a drivable vehicle at the moment as it poses serious safety issues with numerous parts or functionality showing errors and suddenly not available. I would like these issues to be addressed ASAP within 30 days. There is no service center or service or place available where I can take this vehicle to showcase the issues and where the appropriate fixes can be done, which to my mind are non-available. There are many owners on Facebook and other blogs complaining about these issues. Yesterday, I was about to rear-end the vehicle in front due to regenerative braking not working.
