The contact received notifications of NHTSA Campaign Numbers: 24V499000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM), 24V466000 (STRUCTURE), 24V623000 (SERVICE BRAKES, ELECTRIC) and 24V865000 (SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC; AUTOHOLD BRAKE SYSTEM/BRAKE HOLD). The contact stated that upon starting the vehicle, the rearview camera failed to activate while the vehicle was in reverse(R), compromising the back-over prevention system. In addition, all the cameras failed to operate as intended. The ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) light illuminated, and several unknown warning lights illuminated. The contact stated that an Over-the-Air (OTA) software update was performed on the rearview camera; however, the failure became progressively worse. The contact stated that on several occasions while driving at various speeds, the vehicle lost motive power and would not accelerate above 20 MPH. Additionally, the contact stated that on several occasions when the vehicle was turned on and off, the doors remained locked, and the contact was unable to open the doors. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 13,000.
