The contact owns a 2023 Fisker Ocean. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V499000 (Electrical System); however, the part to do the recall repair was unavailable. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact stated that the charging port failed to open and the locks on all the doors failed to lock and unlock as needed. Additionally, the contact stated that the doors would open and close unintendedly. There was no warning light illuminated. The contact also stated that the radio volume was inoperable. The App used to signal the vehicle for several electrical functions had failed to communicate with the vehicle. The contact stated that the failures were intermittent. The dealer was not contacted. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue because the manufacturer had filed for bankruptcy. The failure mileage was 5,133.
