THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 45,000. THE CONSUMER STATED THE COMPANY IS IN POSSESSION OF FOUR DODGE 3500 TRUCKS. EACH TRUCK, WAS RECALLED UNDER THE STEERING RECALL, WHERE THE LEFT OUTER TIE ROD WAS REPLACED. IN ADDITION TO THE RECALL, THERE WERE FAILURES TO OTHER PARTS OF THE STEERING. I HAVE CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES WITH THE SAME RESULTS. I TOOK MY TRUCK IN ON MAY 20, 2014 FOR ROUTINE SERVICE AND WAS TOLD THAT PARTS WERE ORDERED ON THAT DAY TO FIX THE RECALLED LEFT TIE ROD BALL STUD.
