Consumer Description

I PURCHASED MY VEHICLE NEW AND WAS NOT NOTIFIED ABOUT A RECALL FOR THE TIE ROD ENDS. AFTER LEARNING OF THE RECALL I CONTACTED MY LOCAL DEALER ONLY TO DISCOVER THEY HAVE NO PARTS TO MAKE THE REPAIRS AND I AM APPROXIMATELY NUMBER 800 ON THE WAITING LIST. THIS RECALL IS A SAFETY ISSUE AND I FEEL THE MANUFACTURER SHOULD BE FORCED TO QUIT DRAGGING THEIR FEET AND GET THE NECESSARY PARTS TO THE LOCAL DEALERS FOR INSTALLATION. IT DOESN'T TAKE THIS LONG FOR THEM TO BUILD THOUSANDS OF COMPLETE VEHICLES. *TR
