VEHICLE INSPECTED IN JUNE '14 BY CLOSEST DEALERSHIP, 90 MILES ONE WAY, AS RECALL NOTICE REQUIRES SERVICE REP REPORTED REPLACEMENT REQUIREMENT AND WILL INFORM ME WHEN PARTS ARRIVE. NO REPLY, CALLED SERVICE CENTER SEPT 8 TO BE TOLD THEY STILL DO NOT HAVE PARTS FROM CHRYSLER. I CALLED CHRYSLER GROUP RECALL ASSISTANCE CENTER AT 1-800-853-1403, TALKED TO "DENNIS" WHO STATED PARTS ARE NOT READLY AVAILABLE AND SOMEWHAT BLAMED THE DEALERSHIP AND DIDN'T KNOW WHEN PARTS WOULD BE SENT. I TRAVEL BAJA MEXICO AND EXPECTED THIS TO BE REPAIRED PRIOR TO OCT 15 IS THERE TRULY A PROBLEM OR NOT? *TR
