Consumer Description

I HAVE RECEIVED TWO SAFETY RECALLS ON MY DODGE PICKUP. I TOOK IT TO MARTIN SWANTY DODGE IN KINGMAN, AZ.. THE FIRST TIME I WAS TOLD THE COMPANY HAD NOT INFORMED THEM OF WHAT THEY WERE TO DO TO FIX THIS PROBLEM. THE SECOND TIME I TOOK IT THERE THEY SAID THEY WOULD ORDER THE PARTS AND CALL ME WHEN THEY CAME IN. IT HAS BEEN TWO MONTHS AND I HAVE HEARD NOTHING. I FEEL THAT SINCE THE RECALL IS FOR A TIE ROD BALL THAT MAY CRACK, MY LIFE AND THE LIVES OF MY FAMILY ARE IN DANGER. I WANT THEM TO FIX IT. BUT, I SURE WOULD LIKE THEM TO DO IT SOON. *TR
