Consumer Description

WE WERE NOTIFIED IN JANUARY OF A RECALL ON THE LEFT TIE ROD BALL STUD. WE CONTACTED OUR LOCAL RAM DEALER LITHIA TO TAKE CARE OF THE RECALL. OUR VEHICLE WAS INSPECTED AND FOUND TO NEED THE PARTS REPLACED AND THEN TOLD THE PARTS WERE ON BACK ORDER AND WAITING FOR CHRYSLER TO RELEASE THEM. WE HAVE CHECKED WITH LITHIA NUMEROUS TIMES SINCE THEN ON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE PARTS AND CONTINUE TO BE TOLD THEY ARE UNAVAILABLE. WHEN QUESTIONED ABOUT THE PART TODAY THE SERVICE MANAGER [XXX] BECAME RUDE, BELLIGERENT, AND UNCOOPERATIVE. AFTER I HUNG UP ON HIM HE CALLED MY WIFE AND WAS ABLE TO MAKE THE PARTS SUDDENLY AVAILABLE.
