TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 RAM 3500 EQUIPPED WITH FEDERAL COURAGIA MT N/A TIRES, SIZE: 35/12.5/20 (NA). WHILE DRIVING 70 MPH, THE REAR PASSENGER TIRE STARTED TO VIBRATE ABNORMALLY. THE CONTACT NOTICED EVIDENCE OF TREAD SEPARATION. THE TIRE WAS NOT REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER AND THE DEALER WERE NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE TIRE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 25,000 AND THE VEHICLE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 129,071.
