We were driving down the road and the check engine light came on so we took it in and they said the #2 cylinder was miss firing. So they changed the plug and coil on #2. The check engine light went away until the next day when we drove it. So we took it back and they checked it again and it was the same issue. But after further checking they found that the #2 cylinder has coolant leaking into it causing the misfiring and engine using coolant. So after all of that they said I needed a new engine. It will cost me $7600 to replace it if I wanted to keep using my car. I did not have any other choice other than to have it fixed. I don’t have the money to buy a new car so that’s all we could do. We just got the car...
The motor started to overheat with no warning. Was in heavy traffic and had trouble getting out of the way. Took it to 2 different mechanics, one was a ford mechanic. They both said the same thing, its leaking coolant into one of the cylinders and that I need to replace the engine. There wasn't any kind of sign or warning that the motor was going to fail or mess up. Ford refuses to fix the problem and or help in some way to make it right. Ford knows about the 2.0 eco boost engine issues!!!!!
The 2.0 ecoboost engine failed in my 2017 Ford Edge Titanium when coolant began pouring into the number two cylinder. I had a warranty on it so it is currently being replaced with a remanufactured engine since this is a common issue with this particular engine. I felt unsafe driving it because it was unclear when or if it would overheat and stall me on the side of the road. The vehicle is currently at an independent service center where it has sat for over three weeks while they worked with the warranty company on a replacement plan. There was an inspection done at the service center. The check engine light came on a short while after I purchased it, at less than 500 miles of being driven by me. The code was "Misfire in cylinder 2", which was caused by the coolant flooding the cylinder. This is a common...
The engine light came on. I took it to the Ford dealership and they stated there was a misfire in piston #3 which was because coolant was leaking into the engine. The only way to repair would to replace the engine. The vehicle is available for inspection at any time. My safety and the safety of my children are put at risk because the engine should stop at anytime causing potential danger while driving. The Greenwood Ford dealership has confirmed and diagnosed the issue. No one other than the dealership and an independent service center has inspected the vehicle. The engine light came on causing me to take the vehicle in. The dealership stated that this is a known issue for my vehicle type with this exact engine.
The contact owns a 2017 Ford Edge. The contact stated that the check engine warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic, and the engine coils and the radiator were replaced however, the failure continued. The vehicle was taken back to the independent mechanic and the head gasket was replaced but the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken to the independent mechanic and the contact was informed that cylinder #2 had a crack and that the engine needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was contacted, and a case was filed. The failure mileage was 70,000.
Coolant is leaking into cylinder 2 and the ford shop I dropped it off at today is currently running diagnostic. IT'S going to be the same issue that 1000s if not 100,000s of owners with the 2.0 ecoboost have; a replacement engine that Ford forces owners to cover the replacement engine themselves. My wife has had the car since about Aug 2022, still owes $23000 and now we have to figure out how to pay for engine.
car would not accelerate on highway almost causing a major collision. found out that coolant is leaking into gasket causing a misfire. resulting in engine failure. i have an ecoboost model engine. ford will not honor replacing these engines.
Around 50,000 miles my edge broke down, following warranty protocol I took to dealership and found out fluids were leaking into my motor. Had to replace engine, coil pack and cylinders. Less than a month later the engine light came back on and took it to a ford mechanic. The warranty approved motor was having the same issues as motor replaced. I needed another engine. Only somehow less than 2,000 miles and I wasn’t covered anymore through warranty. I had to find another motor and pay out of pocket for it to be replaced.
2017 Ford Edge 2.0L Ecoboost Engine Block: Very rough sputtering/misfire detected once I started driving, a Flashing check engine light appeared, P-0303 code (Cylinder 3 Misfire), White smoke, Engine coolant leaking into Cylinder 3 causing a misfire. After starting the car and driving it a very short distance, the engine started sputtering and misfiring really bad. Check engine light came on and was flashing. Went back home to check the code which was a P-0303 = Cylinder3 misfire. Apparently, there is a design flaw in these engines and a Ford TSB-22-2229 has been issued for the problem. New engine block replacement is the only fix.
There is a coolant leak into my engine cylinders that has completely ruined my engine. They told me they’re surprised my engine hasn’t caught fire. They refuse to cover it even though the issue falls under TSB 22-2229 but they say the VIN doesn’t. There’s many lawsuits against them because it’s an issue with the Ford engine 2.0-liter turbo-four ecoboost engine. It’s happen to many people without warning. I luckily caught it before my engine blew. If you look up the TSB online there are many lawsuits against Ford right now and they still refuse to put out a recall and the new engine costs $9,000. It’s a safety concern because there’s no warning and the engine has potential to catch fire or blow. I read online that if your car has this engine that it is only a matter of time before this happens. Ford tried to blame the...
I HAVE A 2017 FORD EDGE AND I BOUGHT IT FROM A DEALER IN JACKSONVILLE, FL. I'VE HAD THE CAR FOR 5 MONTHS, AT THE 3RD MONTH THE CAR STARTED TO SHAKE, ENGINE LIKE CAME ON. GAME ME THE MISS FIRE ON CYLINDERS #2 AND #4, TOOK IT TO THE FORD DEALER IN SANFORD, FL. BEFORE THAT, I CHANGED THE SPARK PLUGS AND COIL PACKS AFTER A DIAGNOSTIC WAS FOUND TO HAVE "COOLANT INTRUSION ON CYLINDER #2, AND WAS TOLD THAT FORD WOULD NOT COVER THE REPAIR ON THE ENGINE, BUT THAT THE ENTIRE ENGINE HAD TO BE REPLACED BECAUSE FORD HAD CHANGED THE DESIGN ON THE ENGINE AND GASKETS. THIS SHOULD BE A RECALL, NOT A TSB, AS I HAVE FOUND MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS AND THEY ALL HAVE CONTACTED FORD WITH THE SAME RESULTS, SO FORD IS WELL AWARE OF THIS ISSUE. THE DEALER TOLD ME TO TRADE IN THE...
Car almost overheated. Had to pull over to shoulder of an extremely busy highway. NO coolant. Had to have someone come out to refill. Since than I constantly have to refill and there is no apparent leak. Coolant is now leaking into engine. In constant fear of car overheating. Confirmed today when I took to Ford to diagnose the issue.
Check engine came on took it to our mechanic, he changed sensor and put new spark plugs in. Then called us and said that coolant was leaking into the cylinders and we would have to replace engine. It just came off 2 months ago extended warranty has only 71,455 on truck. Ford has know about the problem and done nothing for owners. The sent out service bulletin on this problem TSB-22-2229. Feel they should replace engine due to a known issue that effect the eco boost engines
Since November I am smelling antifreeze and exhaust in the cabin of the car. It was so bad it would burn my eyes- we had to ride with windows open, in the winter in the NE. Took to Ford the found a TPI on the exhaust odors but have to go through “steps” to find it. While I pay a deductible for them to find this. Ford is aware of exhaust odors but has not issued a recall yet for this.
#3 cylinder is cracked due to coolant in cylinder see 22-2229 bulletin this is a know issue with Ford for 2015 a 2018 Edge. No low coolant light ever come on but the check engine light did come on I had a mechanic look at it as a favor warranty is out will cost approximately $7000.00 to correct issue change long block. This should be on a recall list. 91067.5 miles and car is paid off.
While driving the vehicle on a major roadway in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, my vehicle suddenly stopped! It would not move forward or backwards. This was a definite safety issue and fortunately, the only cars around me were in the left and right lanes. I was in the middle lane and fortunately there was not a car directly behind me, or it would have run right into me. My vehicle went from travelling at 60 miles per hour to a complete standstill. My car is currently in Monroeville Ford right now for the same problem. This is after having the transmission replaced twice and having the engine replaced. The thing that is alarming is that was a safety issue and I, along with others could have been killed. It was only by the grace of God that other vehicles weren't behind me when my vehicle suddenly stopped.
On 08/17/22 I took my car into Bill Collins because there was a loss of coolant, and my SUV was acting up. It was jerking randomly. At the time the SUV was noted to have 63,860 miles. Dealership fixed recalls on vehicle and did a pressure test and said there was a water pump leak. Replaced water pump and gasket. Check engine light remained on and when asked dealership about it they said in order to get the check engine light off it would have to go to another part of the dealership, and we would be charged another $99 diagnostic fee. On 11/21/22 SUV was taken back to Bill Collins because it was still doing the same thing. This time you could also hear water moving/draining from behind the dash and the check engine light was still on. Dealership fixed another recall showing on vehicle and said that the...
The contact owns a 2017 Ford Edge. The contact stated that the check engine warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic and the contact was notified that there was a misfire in cylinder #3. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and the contact was informed that the engine block was deformed, causing coolant to leak into the engine. The contact was informed that the engine needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted, and a case was filed. The failure mileage was 58,267.
2017 Ford Edge Coolant Leaking into Cylinder(s) Dealership unable to schedule appointment for four months. Vehicle unsafe to drive due to possible engine failure Estimate to repair, per 3rd party mechanic is $10,000 (Ford Tech confirmed) Power Train Warranty is 60,000. Problem occurred at 69,000 miles. Research indicates this is a common problem with this and other Ford vehicles, with Class Action Law Suits in several states. However, it is not covered under a recall at this time.
2017 Edge 2.0 ecoboost 1. Cylinders have coolant and oil in them...affected by the engine misfire associated with the coolant leaking into the cylinders. Available for inspection. 2. Car started to smoke.and over heat while my kids were inside, the risk of fire was exponentially high. 3. Inspected by car dealership, due to desire to sell it, and autozone manager who is a mechanic. 4. Yes check engine light anx then the " reduced power to protect engine " and then " coolant over temp" and at a little over 60 thousand miles.
The contact owns a 2017 Ford Edge. The contact stated that the check engine warning light was illuminated. The contact's husband used a code reader which showed a misfire in cylinder #2. The contact's husband also discovered that coolant had started leaking from the engine. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was confirmed that coolant had leaked into cylinder#2 causing engine failure. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and the contact was provided a case number. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 78,000.
We took our vehicle in due to a check engine light and rough start and idle. Upon inspection -Code #P0303 (Cal 3 Misfire) The technician noted no coolant in reservoir and no external leaks were noted. They said we need a new engine because of that internal coolant leak and referred us to the manufacture to in hopes of replacing the engine. I am going to call Ford ASAP, however there are no current recalls for this issue and will most likely have to pay out of pocket for a new engine. - The engine has an internal coolant leak, yes it is available for inspection upon request. - Our Safety is at risk because this can lead to engine stalls or fire without notice. - Yes, the problem can be reproduced and has been confirmed by an independent service. - No the vehicle has not been inspected by the...
The vehicle was taken to the Ford dealer in September 2022 because it was losing coolant and check engine light was on intermittently. The dealer said the engine needed to be replaced due to coolant intrusion into the engine block casting. Ford has been aware of this engine problem for a number of years. The engine can fail while being driven and there is a risk of engine fire posing a safety risk. The vehicle is available for inspection.
My check engine light came on back in September. I had to have the coolant flushed and have my purge valve replaced. On November 8, I took my car into the dealership as a check engine light was on again. Supposedly there was an engine coolant intrusion on cylinder tail. A new engine has been suggested. This is a known issue with Ford.
The contact owns a 2017 Ford Edge. The contact stated that the check engine warning light was illuminated. The contact stated that while doing routine maintenance, she was informed that the engine needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and informed her that the vehicle was not covered under warranty. No assistance was offered. The failure mileage was approximately 51,000.
The contact owns a 2017 Ford Edge. The contact stated while driving at various speeds, the vehicle was shuddering as the check engine warning light flashed on the instrument panel. The vehicle was initially taken to an independent mechanic where the spark plugs, the intake manifold, the engine coils and other unknown engine parts were replaced; however, the failure persisted. The vehicle was then taken to an unknown dealer where it was diagnosed that an unknown fluid had leaked into the engine cylinder, which resulted in engine failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The vehicle was taken back to the independent mechanic where the engine was replaced. However the failure persisted. The vehicle was taken to the independent mechanic who informed the contact that were unable to duplicate the failure as there was no warning light illuminated. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired....
Own a 2017 Ford Edge 2.0L Ecoboost engine with 68,000 miles. Check engine light came on so took it to a local mechanic who replaced the spark plugs, coils, evap sensors, and cam shaft position sensor. The code was stating a misfire in the #2 cylinder. Less than a week later the light came back on and got an engine overheating warning. Added coolant and then had to add more coolant a few days later with no evidence of a coolant leak. When starting the vehicle or accelerate from a stop would notice a liquid swooshing sound. Also when starting the vehicle it would tremble and run ruff for a minute or two. There would be a lot of white smoke coming from the exhaust pipe with a bad oder that would eventually dissipate after diving a few miles. Finally drove the car to work and when I went to...
This issue is related to TSB22-2229. This is a known issues where the engine coolant is leaking into cylinder 2 which when occurs leads to replacing the engine. This issue has lead to an extension of the warranty on other Ford models, but not the Edge.
The contact owns a 2017 Ford Edge. The contact stated the check engine warning light illuminated and the vehicle was taken to independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the vehicle needed a tune up. The vehicle was then taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. Additionally, the contact stated that after the vehicle was released, she noticed that the vehicle performed differently. The contact then stated that check engine and coolant warning lights illuminated, and white smoke was coming from the exhaust pipe. The contact then stated that she heard a loud noise under the undercarriage of the engine. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and the contact was advised to contact a different dealer and was provided a case number. The vehicle was taken to a different dealer where it was...
The contact owns a 2017 Ford Edge. The contact stated that while reversing into a parking space, the vehicle suddenly stalled. There was an abnormal cracking sound coming from underneath the vehicle. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle had been towed to the dealer who diagnosed that the transmission had failed. The contact stated that vehicle failure was related to a Customer Satisfaction Program NHTSA ID Number: 10144200 (Power Train) and NHTSA Campaign Number: 22V413000 (Power Train) however, the VIN was not included. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and then referred the contact to the NHTSA Hotline. The approximate failure mileage was 71,600.
The contact owns a 2017 Ford Edge. The contact stated that while starting the vehicle the check engine warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who was unable to identify the cause of the failure. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer where it was diagnosed and determined that the engine block needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and referred contact to the NHTSA Hotline. The approximate failure mileage was 70,000.
We currently have a 2017 Ford Edge with an Ecoboost 2.0 engine at our local Ford dealership. It began running poorly and the check engine light came on. Shortly after, it worsened with a whistling noise and more obvious cylinder misfiring. The codes for the engine light were P0303 and P0316, and was diagnosed with coolant in the cylinder. Per the service department at the dealership, this falls under Technical Service Bulletin 19-2346, with the only repair being complete engine replacement. At the time of this submission, it has been at the dealership for 12 weeks. We currently have no ETA on backordered parts to complete the repair, and will owe $4,300 for the repair when completed (originally over $11,000 quote). I would also like to reference Ford's Customer Satisfaction Program (CSP) #21N12. This CSP offers free repair to many Ecoboost 1.5L engines that have had the identical diagnosis. The...
I have a 2017 Ford Edge with 37,383 miles on it. The check engine light came on one day as I was driving however the car was running fine. I thought it was a fault light as I’ve never had an issue with this veh. I took it in to the dealership and was told that it needed a new engine. Luckily it was covered under warranty HOWEVER it took 3 months to get my veh. back….3 weeks later the same thing happened on my 2018 Ford Escape with only 24,000 miles on it!
Check engine light came, I took it to get a diagnostic. The diagnostic read a cylinder 1 misfire a day later it began to run hot, I checked the coolant which was almost empty but I did not see anything leaking. White smoke began to come out of the tailpipe and engine began knocking, When I tried to start the car the next day to take it into get checked out the vehicle would not start, I had to get the vehicle towed and when the mechanic looked at it I was told the engine needed to be replaced.
Morning of 7/30/22 "check engine" light came on. Drove vehicle home (38 miles), brought into dealership 8/4/22. They informed me after running diagnostics that I needed a new engine at 67,223 miles. I brought vehicle back on 8/29/22 to have the engine replaced (it had been on backorder). Finally completed on 9/9/22 at the cost of $6,838.78.
At 84,000 miles, the vehicle displayed the Service Engine Soon light, as well as white smoke from both exhausts. The mechanic diagnosed a misfire in two cylinders. All four spark plugs were replaced. The engine light and error code for cylinder 2 persisted. The ignition coil and fuel injector for cylinder 2 were replaced. The owner researched online, found the NHTSA complaints about this engine issue and the associated technical service bulletins, and brought the vehicle to the dealership. It was determined that this was a mechanical failure not uncommon with the 2.0L Ecoboost in this vehicle, and a replacement of the longblock was required. Despite awareness and acknowledgement of the malfunctions in the Ecoboost, Ford declined any discounts or assistance to the owner for replacement of this defunct product, costing the owner $7,252.10 in parts, labor, and tax to replace the longblock.
The contact owns a 2017 Ford Edge. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the check engine warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed with a misfire in cylinder #2 and that coolant was leaking into the engine. The dealer informed the contact that the engine needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and advised the contact to file a complaint with the NHTSA Hotline. The contact related the failure to Technical Service Bulletin: 22-2229 (Coolant in Cylinders) however, the vehicle was not covered by the TSB. The failure mileage was approximately 84,000.
The contact owns a 2017 Ford Edge. The contact stated while driving 55 MPH, the check engine warning light illuminated. The contact was able to continue driving; however, the failure persisted. The vehicle was taken to an unknown dealer where it was diagnosed that coolant was leaking into cylinder #3. The dealer diagnosed the vehicle and determined that the engine needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed the contact that they could not assist because the vehicle was out of warranty. The failure mileage was approximately 65,812.
I started experiencing a rough idle and engine misfire. The check engine codes indicated cylinder 3 misfire. Was advised several times to replace spark plugs and coils but after no success had further diagnostics that showed crack in cylinder 3 allowing coolant to leak into the engine. Required new engine at 96k miles.
The engine light came on my 2017 2.0L Ford Edge, I took it to the dealership and after a short diagnosis it was determined that my vehicle's engine needed to be replaced due to coolant intrusion into the cylinder. The vehicle mileage was 77850 and I was just under two months out of the 5 year 60K warranty. Ford Motor Company has been aware of this problem, they generated and sent out to the dealerships a Technical Service Bulletin #22-2229. I as the consumer was never made aware of this possible issue by Ford Motor Company. Ford Motor Company has refused to take full monetary responsibility for this defect,
Engine coolant leaking into engine and new engine required. Cost is $8000 for new engine. Car with only 49,886 miles
The contact owns a 2017 Ford Edge. The contact stated that while operating the vehicle, the check engine warning light illuminated and the vehicle was driving rough. Additionally, the engine was misfiring. The vehicle was taken to the local mechanic who diagnosed that coolant had leaked into cylinder #2. The vehicle was then taken to the local dealer who confirmed the diagnosis and indicated that the engine needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not yet repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 83,000.
Check engine light came on repeatedly, and final determination was the head gasket was leaking coolant into cylinders. Result, engine need to be replaced. Vehicle is a 2017 Ford Edge, 54M miles, but less than one month out of 5 year drivetrain warranty. Research shows that Ford has been aware of the problem for at least 3 years (NHTSA ID 10162071 and Ford TSB 19-2208 and TSB 19-2346). A head gasket should last for 200M miles. I found a website where at least 60 other owners are experiencing this problem, and for the most part, Ford is hiding behind the "expired warranty" excuse. Correction for this problem approaches $9000. My car now sits at a Ford dealer awaiting a replacement engine. The dealer is unable to give me any idea as to when I will get my car back. Ford has really dropped the ball on this, and I hope...
The contact owns a 2017 Ford Edge. The contact stated while driving, the service engine warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the engine was overheated, and the fluid leaked into the engine. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and referred the contact to the NHTSA Hotline. The failure mileage was approximately 39,000. The contact stated that Ford is aware of the engine failure. However, when asked if the vehicle could be a part of the recall, Ford stated that recall is applied in order by the VIN. It is not yet available for the VIN of the contact's vehicle. No repairs or remedy has been offered yet.
The contact owns a 2017 Ford Edge. The contact stated while attempting to start the vehicle, the check engine warning light was illuminated. The contact took the vehicle to a local dealer, where it was diagnosed with a coolant leak and needed the engine to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer had been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 78,000.
I have a 2017 Ford Edge that at 64,930 miles (4,930 miles over warranty, but within warranty period by 2 months) the Check Engine Light came on in April, 2022 and computer diagnostic testing showed misfiring in a cylinder. All coils & plugs were replaced at a cost of over $700. Within days light reappeared, with engine running rough and again testing showed another misfire in a single cylinder. That coil was again replaced but check engine light again came on. At this point all coils were replaced with Motorcraft coils. Again light came on with more rough engine running. This went on for multiple times until repair shop suggested I call Ford. Over the phone the Ford Service Advisor diagnosed the issue as coolant contamination into the cylinders (evidently they've seen it before). I brought vehicle to a Ford Service Center and their diagnostic testing confirmed what the service...
Engine would rattle on startup. Check engine code came on dash. It revealed cylinder 2 misfire. Local mechanic replaced coil pack on 2 and all spark plugs on 5-30-22. Problem persisted and took it to Ford dealership on 7-29-22. Tech indicated gasket was warped on engine head and coolant was leaking into cylinder 2 which he showed me from a photograph from scoping cylinder 2. He informed my coolant was low. He quoted me a new engine as he stated that was the only solution by Ford. He added coolant to the fill line. He indicated it would only get worse over time and overheat. Coolant system was pressure tested and would not hold. I am concerned for my safety driving it as the coolant needs checked regularly or it may overheat which could pose a fire hazard.
Noticed the coolant was leaking and was not able to find visually. Took the vehicle to Ford Dealership on 7/19/22 and they said we need to replace the whole engine as Coolant is leaking into the Engine. This was a manufacture defect. There is already a recall for the same issue on the 1.5 engines, this is a 2.0 engine. The engine light had come on and stated the engine needed coolant. I was getting an oil change and they topped it off. The next day, the coolant was gone. I continued to refill and it kept disappearing, thus the reason for taking the vehicle to Ford. This was over a span of 4 days prior 7/15/2022. We asked for financial assistance to replace the engine and Ford refused. They said to pay the $7000 and if a recall was announced, we would get a refund. We don't have $7000...
Engine coolant getting into cylinders with symptoms of coolant loss, white exhaust smoke, rough running engine, and engine light on. This leads to rapid loss of coolant. I need to refill the coolant at the end of each day of driving, creating a potential further engine damage and risk of fire. A Ford dealership inspected the vehicle and determined these facts to be the case. The repair they deemed necessary is a new long block -- on my vehicle of only 45,000 miles -- at a price of $8,500.
MY ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON -7/10/2022. TOOK IT TO FIRESTONE BECAUSE IT WAS THE WEEKEND AND THEY SAID THEY COULD FIX THE PROBLEM SO I COULD HAVE CAR BACK FOR THE MONDAY MORNING. I DROVE IT TO WORK FOR EXACLTY A WEEK AND THE ENGINE LIGHT CAME BACK ON-7/17/2022. TOOK IT BACK TO FIRESTONE AND HE PUT IT BACK ON THE DIAGNOSTIC AND FOUND THE SAME PROBLEM. HE LOOKED IT UP ON FORD.COM AND FOUND OUT THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE ENGINE LONG BLOCK AND PRINTED IT OUT THE REPORT FOR ME. I HAVE AN APPOINMENT FOR AUGUST 2 TO HAVE THEM LOOK AT IT BECAUSE THAT WAS THE ONLY DAY CAN GET ME IN.
