I HAD BEEN HAVING ON-GOING ISSUES WITH ENGINE SURGING, STALLING AND GEAR "SKIPPING" SINCE I FIRST PURCHASED THE VEHICLE IN DECEMBER 2010, WHICH I HAD REPORTED TO THE DEALERSHIP AND ABOUT WHICH I WAS IN THE MIDST OF LEMON LAW PROCEEDINGS UNDER GA LEMON LAW.
