[XXX] WAS A GREAT SALESMAN AND TREATED ME LIKE I WAS HIS FRIEND INSTEAD OF A SALESMAN. MY EXPERIENCE WAS THE BEST! IN MARCH OF 2016, I WAS MADE AWARE OF THE APIM MODULE FOR MY 2011 FORD EDGE LIMITED BEING EXTENDED FROM THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURES DATE. I NOTIFIED SHULTZ IN MARCH OF 2016 ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THE WARRANTY WAS EXPIRED BY ONE MONTH. IT'S NOT THEIR FAULT BY ANY MEANS, BUT TO ME AND MY FAMILY IT IS A SAFETY CONCERN AND ALSO A LIABILITY.
