ITS EXTREMELY SOFT AND DELICATE. CANNOT BE TOUCHED IN HEAT OR PIECES WILL COME OFF, AND DEEP SCRATCHES ARE MADE FROM THE PASSING OF A FINGER NAIL. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SOMETHING LIKE THIS IN MY LIFE. I AM DISAPPOINTED IN THE DASH BOARD MATERIAL. I TAKE WELL CARE OF MY CARS, WASHING IT WEEKLY. I WILL PROBABLY RECONSIDER PURCHASING ANOTHER TOYOTA, I THOUGHT I WAS GETTING MY MONEY'S WORTH...APPARENTLY IM GETTING WHAT I PAID FOR. WHAT A FAIL!! EXAMPLE: IT READ 77 DEGREES WHEN IT WAS ACTUALLY IN THE MID-90S. DEALERSHIP DID REPAIR THIS LAST SUMMER BUT NOW, IT IS READING SEVEN+ DEGREES OFF THE ACTUAL OUTDOOR TEMPERATURE. THE QUALITY OF THE BRAKE ROTORS ON THIS VEHICLE ARE UNSATISFACTORY. I HAVE HAD THE ROTORS REPLACED FIVE TIMES. THE VEHICLE HAS APPROX. 46,000 MILES. I HAVE HAD TWO INDEPENDENT REPAIR SHOPS EVALUATE THE FACTORY ROTORS AND THEY BOTH COME TO THE SAME CONCLUSION, POOR QUALITY ROTORS.
