UPON INSPECTION, THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE TREAD WAS SEPARATED FROM THE STEEL BELT. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WAS EXCESSIVE DAMAGE DUE TO THE BLOWOUT. THE TIRE WAS NOT REPLACED.
