The contact owns a 2018 Ram 2500. The contact stated that the central control system head unit malfunctioned and turned off. Additionally, the head unit would activate or deactivate other systems in the vehicle without driver input. The contact had taken the vehicle to the dealer who diagnosed that the central control system radio head unit needed to be replaced. The vehicle had not been repaired.
