THE DEALER CLAIMED THEY COULD NOT FIND AN ISSUE, DESPITE THE FACT THE TAILGATE WOULD NOT LATCH, WHEN THE CONSUMER ARRIVED. A FEW WEEKS LATER, THE PROBLEM HAPPENED AGAIN AND IT SOON RESOLVED ITSELF WHEN THE HE RETURNED TO THE DEALER. *JB
