Abs pulsing brakes on dry brake malfunction warning constant forward collision disabled warnings

Visual and audible warning messages occur randomly for these systems. I do not know if any, all or none of the messages I get should be acted on or ignored. This is distracting while driving. Also, the text for these messages is so small it’s hard to read.

These are some of the recall issues with the Fisker Ocean. These problems can be fixed with an OTA software update, however, this update is being blocked/suspended by company that is controlling Fisker. I cannot safely drive my vehicle until the recalls are resolved

While driving the red light sign comes on and says collision and stays on, the rear inside lights come on and stay on, the dash goes out into black and does not show anything but comes back on after reseting from steering wheel. The attention monitor also starts saying pay attention even tho your watching the road ahead and will start beeping louder and louder.

I've had an ADAS fail indication on my instrument cluster for over a month now. Along with this happening, I've lost my automatic emergency braking, my blind spot warnings, my forward collision warnings, and my rear cross-traffic warnings.

Not working air vents. This will affect the windshield defroster.

I have had numerous problems (loss of regen braking, unnecessary auto braking, ADAS failure, loss of informational displays, power problems, etc, etc, etc) with this car since delivery in October 2023, and none have been resolved by the manufacturer. I have been notified of 4 or 5 safety recalls for this car (unsure why your website says there are none when I entered the VIN), none have been addressed by the company, and all contact methods with Fisker seem to be disconnected/unanswered. I don’t know how to get help. I don’t know how safe/reliable these cars are to have on the roads. Please - I hope it’s time for the federal government to intervene and get these cars off the road and help the owners get compensation. It feels like the customers are the last to be helped during Fisker’s bankruptcy. Thank you.

Passenger front door handle has stuck since new. I saw these have been closed. However Fisker has done nothing to fix the situation and now stuck with so far one door handle that is broken and can cause someone to be trapped in the car. Also random collision breaking and warning lights randomly cause driver interference while driving potentially causing an accident.

Fisker Ocean owner, recall notices for Cabin Electric Water Pump and Door Handles. I have no response from Fisker, they don't answer the phone number provided and the website contact them is disabled. The OTA updates have been incomplete, causing fear in the Fisker owners' community that they will make the vehicles inoperative. No service providers exist, and no access to parts exists. While I applaud your efforts in identifying the hazards with Fisker Ocean, it is meaningless with follow-through by Fisker.

My vehicle has multiple recalls and was suppose to have a software update to fix "some" of the issues months ago. I have not received an OTA update and the cloud system is down so I will not be receiving said update. Further, people that DID receive this update prior to Fisker's cloud going down have reported multiple issues including their vehicle becoming bricked aka inoperable. It is an absolute joke that these care were EVER signed off on as road worthy. Someone is going to die as a result of putting these vehicle on the road before they were ready. Specifically I've had braking issues where the care accelerates on downhill slopes when the accelerator is not engaged. While braking the car hit a bump causing car to lurch forward and hit a car infront of me

Car keeps putting in to park mode when driving. When I lean my back forward car switch drive mode back to park. I believe the seats sensor is not working.

There have been times when we've been stuck inside the vehicle and haven't been able to get out. Additionally, the dashboard displays a variety of safety warnings.

Consistently have "brake system failure message" upon start of car every day. Also, have been locked inside the car multiple times. Also, consistently see every day, "charge port door open" even though the charge port door is closed. Both the driver screen and the infotainment screen have gone dark while I was driving for about 2 secs and then it comes back on. This has happened once. Collision warning goes and the car abruptly will sound the alarm and there is nothing in front to cause alarm. Every week, receive the ADS warning that the system is unavailable

Instrument panel, the speedometer cluster screen behind the steering wheel blacked out for a couple of seconds on 3 separate occasions while driving, the lane keep assist stopped working a month ago, the traffic light warning stopped working 2 weeks ago, I have submitted several tickets and I got no response from Fisker, NONE of the recalls have been repaired, we continue to have issues with the brake, now a loud noise is heard from the front of the vehicle.

There are 3 major issues/concerns with this vehicle. 1. Sunroof/Roof - This rooftop does not seal completely. Initially this roof would rattle and you could hear squeaks and movement. Then the sunroof would only open on a half and then soon not at all. Because of this, the top is never fully sealed leaving water to leak inside in different areas potentially causing more issues to the electrical components inside. 2. Seats area weight sensitive. While driving it is too sensitive so at a red-light, any slight movement will immediately put the car in park and doors unlocked. Even WHILE reversing, any movement on the seat (to look backwards), the car will go in park while moving! 3. Forward collision warning - the notices to stop/warn you of a collision are WAY too late. by the time you actually get to a stop, the beeps and lights come on. I...

Warning lights keeps coming up. Back up camera don't always work. Screen won't turn on when driving. Charge port open when driving. Also brake rattling noise from the brake pedal when coming to a stop.

While driving through my work area with a line of cars in both directions at 25 mph, my car has issued multiple Forward Collision Warnings and then applied the Automatic Emergency Braking, which suddenly releases. This has happened several times in the same situation, causing me to nearly hit the cars to my right because I was unable to control the vehicle. I am now afraid of using this car on the highway because I might have an accident if the Automatic Emergency Braking activates suddenly, thinking the car is close to an obstacle.

- Various warning lights appear while driving. This has occurred numerous times, in particular when it rains. YES - With warning light randomly coming on while driving attention is drawn away from the road tin orders to determine what action should be taken. - no - The warning lights, messages are the only evidence of these issues

I was merging on to Interstate 5 when the vehicle in front stopped very hard to avoid hitting construction equipment that had likely fallen off a truck. I was not able to stop the car in time as the brakes seemed to not be effective. The collision warning braking system did not activate. The airbags did not activate which surprised the Highway Patrol and collision center personnel.

On around 5/8/24 I lost the use of horn, have an air bag warning failure, ADS warning, loss of controls on steering wheel.

Since I got the car in January, 2024 I have had system failure messages pop up randomly. I have tried to get Fisker to address this issue, but I have had ZERO response from them. I’ve opened online requests for service and they have gone unanswered. So when these failures occur, I’ll be driving and then will notice the car not keeping me in the lane and the failure message would appear. This will happen randomly and for no reason that I can find.

Multiple systems keep failing

The key Fob is not recognized. The car will not start. The locks do not work. I have been locked in and out of the car. My grandson was locked in the car. The car rolls back when in drive. The car goes into park when stopped at a stop sign. The driver assist is non operational. The car is not drivesble.

FISKER OCEAN ONE ADAS is nonexistent and does not function! Automatic Emergency Braking does not function. Forward Collision Warning not functioning Parking Collision Warning not functioning Adaptive Cruise Control not functioning Lane Keeping Assistance rarely functions NOT Reliable Lane Departure Warning barely functions NOT Reliable Traffic Warning or Rear Cross Traffic Warning Does not exist Non Existent Vehicle is to have Radar assistant ADAS which did not work and still does not function and when it does continuously sends errors on the Fisker Ocean One vehicle Screen so driver must rely on there own to make sure they drive safe and not rely on what Fisker Ocean One is supposed to do or have for ADAS since nothing functions.

We have experienced a consistent issue on a local street by our elementary child's school. We have contacted Fisker no fewer than 5-6 times since December 2023 about this issue. Fisker has consistently stated that an upcoming over the air (OTA) software update would fix this issue. We are currently on OS 2.0 and the issue still persists. As the vehicle is going down a low grade hill towards a stop sign there is uneven pavement in the roadway. As we apply the brake petal on this uneven payment the Fisker Ocean One software gets confused and the car lurches forward as the ABS and emergency braking try to sort out the issue. Its very rattling as a driver to have this occur. Thankfully there hasn't been a car close enough in front of us or else we may have rear ended that vehicle. At times there is a crossing...

Several incidents with this car. All available for inspection. 1. Brakes dont work intermittently and then engage or release at random. We could have ran into a car when the brakes "released"randomly while pressing down the pedal. There is a brake malfunction light that comes on with. a loud gong when we start the car up. 2. Mark the Fisker deck said has reproduced and says he feels like there is bag of rattlesnakes at the pedal set. Both the accelerator and brake pedals have crunching noises and do not work properly. Mark says he has no idea why and can't do anything about it. 3. Manufacturer has not inspected the mechanical part of the car. The windshield fogs up in our Seattle weather extremely fast. Faster than any car I've been in. It only clears up if we have the defrost on high but only to the windshield. It won't work if we do windshield and feet. This leaves people in the back seat cold because their air controls won't work. Also, since the 2.0 update, if you turn on the front windshield defogger, the heat turns on all the way up and the fan turns all the way up. If you turn either down, they turn back up. So if it's 70 and humid and your windshield fogs up, the only way to clear it is with an extremely hot car. Car was purchases [XXX]. The braking became unavailable [XXX] while driving on the freeway. Several alerts and warnings came on to the vehicle regarding collision, lane changing. This has happened twice, second time [XXX]. Other issues have included: Car rolls back when foot taken off pedal even when parked on flat ground. Regenerative breaking issues persistent. Multiple alerts and warnings regarding breaking, collision warning, lane changing pop up on dash atop steering wheel throughout day. Issue with car locking itself arbitrarily and not allowing occupants to exit the vehicle while using inside lever or outside lever. Safety issue. Also no safety features seems to be activated on the vehicle.

Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS called Fi-Pilot in Fisker) and Sensor Malfunction: On multiple occasions, I have experienced instances where multiple warnings would come up such as regenerative braking, front collision system unavailable, front cameras not functional, side sensors, lane keep system unavailable, auto emergency braking system unavailable, ADAS fault – features limited or unavailable – Drive carefully and daytime running lights being unavailable my Fisker Ocean one car failed to respond promptly or adequately. Mud flaps were ripped during first snow. AC vents are making regular clicking noise and are shut on passengers side. Repeated failure of Key fob to open car (received only one key and app does not work). Despite reaching out multiple time there is no response from Fisker on when these issues will be fixed

The vehicle has several major faults that Fisker is now ignoring and no one has come to fix in the past 2 months. I've submitted multiple tickets and claims. Issue 1: ADAS system. My ADAS system is and has been down since the beginning of February. I have received software updates but that has not fixed the issue. Nothing in any part of ADAS works, causing a massive safety issue. Issue 2: Braking and Regenerative Braking. I believe you are aware of this issue, but when you brake or regenerative braking is engaged, but you then hit a bump, all braking malfunctions and the vehicle accelerates forward. My new car Forward Collision Warning and Automatic Emergency Braking doesn’t work when there is car infornt of my vechicle and meet with the accident. both Forward Collision Warning and Automatic Emergency Braking is not happen during this incidence.

The breaking system has failed numerous times nearly causing accidents and I’ve had faulty/false forward collision warnings and emergency breaking engage for no reason to the point where I’ve been thrusted forward and injured.

As long as you are collecting information, I have had various ADAS/AEB/Brake Regen/Front Collision Warning/Front camera not functioning/side sensor not operable errors from day 2 of owning this vehicle. They have been reported to Fisker with either no response, "just do a reset", or "we know it is very buggy. It will be fixed in a future update." This is since the middle of October. The latest information was that a "big update" was on the way at the end of January, and then two weeks later was told that it was delayed until mid-March. I am running version 11.1 of their software and still have the intermittent errors.

Car doesn’t stop someone when pressing the brake . Also getting warning that emergency brake are not working . 2 incidents reported to Fisker when door swing open and batter died and car completely dead

Braking does not work as designed when driving over potholes, bumps, or uneven pavement. The car actually speeds up without accelerating. Very dangerous to say the least. Attempts to resolve through Fisker corporate have been unsuccessful. ADAS functions; lane assist, front collision, and abs braking randomly become unavailable in inclement weather. Mainly when it rains or snows. Fisker provided no spare tire. There is however a flat tire kit. Included in the kit is a bottle of tire sealant. The bottle of tire sealant was not properly sealed and leaked out in the trunk. All concerns have been reported multiple times to Fisker with multiple service tickets created. Non have been resolved since reporting beginning 11/7/23.

The vehicle drives forward when you put it in reverse. I almost hit the car parked in front of me. The manufacturer has no interest in fixing the problem. this is on top of multiple issues with this car: All the ADAS features are not working and sending false warnings, slamming the breaks when identifying a shadow in front of the vehicle etc.. This car should have not been allowed on the road and it is only a question of time before someone is going to get hurt.

First, the vehicle does not hold on any degree of incline. The vehicle comes with "strong regenerative braking", but when coming to a stop on a hill and taking one's foot off the accelerator, the vehicle drifts backward as if it were in neutral. It will continue backwards and gain speed, creating a danger to the driver and vehicles behind it. When one's foot is on the brake pedal and the driver switches from the brake pedal to the accelerator pedal, the car drifts backward and the accelerator pedal does not engage in drive mode until what seems like halfway into pressing it. When the vehicle finally goes forward, it lunges. We live in a mountainous environment, and I have already had two close calls where the vehicle drifted backward, as if in neutral, and the driver behind me honked his horn. There is no indication on the driver's display...

Issue 1 : The car over bumpy roads loses the regenerative braking and accelerates. During this time (~1-2 sec), the manual brakes don't function and response is delayed but ultimately comes to life followed by the ABS functioning. Frequency of event occurrence: Multiple times. Issue 2 : The car detects false collision and automatically brakes itself coming to a full stop even if there is no car/obstacle around. This has happened both at low (~ 10 mph) as wells as high speeds (~ 40 mph), both during the day as well as night. Frequency of event occurrence: 4 times. While driving southbound on I-95 from Washington, DC to toward Richmond, on a stretch of the highway with three lanes and a constant flow of traffic across all lanes, the driver ahead of me swerved to avoid two cars ahead of her who had stopped for unknown reasons. I saw her tail lights light up and then almost immediately watched her swerve only to see the practically parked cars in my lane (left-most). At this point my following distance was greatly reduced. I immediately stepped on the brake which vibrated and felt more plastic rather than elastic (which had happened a couple of times before at low maneuvering speeds but still applying braking force).
