I WAS UP TO APPROXIMATELY 35MPH WHEN I HEARD A VERY LOUD POP, MORE LIKE AN EXPLOSION, FOLLOWED BY VERY LOUD ''SLAPPING'' NOISES COMING FROM THE ENGINE AREA.
