Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 DODGE DURANGO. WHILE DRIVING AT AN UNKNOWN SPEED THE CONTACT STATED THAT IT SEEMED LIKE THE VEHICLE HAD A FLAT TIRE SO IT WAS PULLED OVER. UPON EXAMINING THE VEHICLE THERE WAS NO FLAT TIRE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT REPAIR SHOP WHERE THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED A ROD IN THE ENGINE WAS BROKEN AND IT PUNCTURED THE TRANSMISSSION,WHICH CAUSED A FIRE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT SERVICED FOR THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 85,000.
