THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER ADMITTED THAT THE FAILURE WAS A KNOWN ISSUE HOWEVER, OFFERED NO ADDITIONAL ASSISTANCE.
