TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 JEEP CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HEADLAMP BULBS WERE REPLACED FOUR TIMES WITHIN SEVERAL MONTHS. DESOTO AUTO MALL CHRYSLER DODGE FORD JEEP RAM (3039 S.E. HIGHWAY 70, ARCADIA, FL 34266; (800) 880-3099) WAS CONTACT AND NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE FAILURE WAS COMMON WITH VEHICLES OF THE SAME YEAR, MAKE, AND MODEL. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER ADMITTED THAT THE FAILURE WAS A KNOWN ISSUE HOWEVER, OFFERED NO ADDITIONAL ASSISTANCE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 20,000.*DT*JB
