TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 JEEP CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING 45 MPH, SHE HEARD AN ABNORMAL SOUND COMING FROM THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT STATED NO WARNING LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT CONTINUED DRIVING TO HER DESTINATION. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE LOCAL DEALER PREFERRED CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (3146 HENRY ST, MUSKEGON, MI 49441, (231)733-4401) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED WITH NEEDING THE TRANSMISSION AND UNKNOWN ROD OF THE REAR END TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER HAD BEEN INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 44,000.
