The contact owns a 2019 Ford F-150. The contact stated while cleaning the vehicle, he noticed that the front passenger's side carpet was soaking wet. The contact stated that there was a significant presence of mold under the carpet and under the dashboard on the front passenger's side of the vehicle. The contact stated that the failure occurred due to the A/C system leak. The dealer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact took the vehicle to the local dealer, where it was diagnosed with needing the overload pipe to be replaced with a longer part. The vehicle was repaired but experienced the failure a month later. The contact took the vehicle back to the local dealer, where it was diagnosed with needing the overload pipe to be replaced a second time. The vehicle was repaired. The contact owns a 2019 Ford F-150. The contact stated that after parking and turning the vehicle off upon returning and restarting the vehicle it was discovered that the driver side running board was stuck in the down position and the passenger side running board was stuck in the up position. Also, the air bag warning light remained illuminated, the front passenger and driver side windows would not operate and could not be opened and the air conditioning was inoperable. The cause of the failures was not determined. The local dealer and manufacturer were notified of the failures. The failure mileage was 44,000.
