The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V905000 (Engine and Engine Cooling); however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The contact stated that while attempting to start the vehicle, the vehicle hesitated while cranking and was shaking abnormally. The transmission and oil warning lights were illuminated. A message "Low Engine Oil Pressure" was displayed on the instrument panel. The local dealer was contacted, and unknown repairs were made under warranty; however, the failure persisted. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 70,000.
