THE CONTACT RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE FOR NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER 13V528000 (STEERING) IN MARCH OF 2014. THE CONTACT REACHED OUT TO THE DEALER ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, BUT THE PARTS WERE NEVER AVAILABLE TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 196,000.
