Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 DODGE RAM 2500 TDI. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 65 MPH, THE VEHICLE STARTED TO SHAKE VIOLENTLY AND WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC, WHO REPLACED THE SHOCK ABSORBERS AND STEERING DAMPER. THE REMEDY FAILED TO REPAIR THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 80,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 85,000. UPDATED 3/12/14*CN UPDATED 03/21/14
