RECALL N62/NHTSA 13V-528 MY VEHICLE WAS DETERMINED BY DEALER TO HAVE LEFT TIE ROD REPLACED AS PER THE RECALL. IT'S BEEN OVER 3 WEEKS AND DEALER SAID COULD BE AS MUCH AS A MONTH MORE BEFORE THEY GET NEW PART. I CALLED DODGE ASSISTANCE CENTER 1-800-853-1403 AND WAS TOLD THAT COULD TAKE AWHILE TO GET PARTS ???? THIS PART CAN CAUSE STEERING LOSS AND IS EXTREMELY UNSAFE. I NEED MY TRUCK TO WORK EACH DAY. I AM LOGGING A COMPLAINT TO THIS RECALL AS UNSATISFACTORY AS FAR AS TIME TO ISSUE NEW PART TO INSTALL.
