I WENT TO START MY CAR TO GO TO WORK AND THE KEY WOULD NOT MOVE IN THE IGNITION. NOT ONE MILLIMETER. I CHECKED THAT THE WHEELS WERE STRAIGHT, CHECKED THAT IT WAS IN PARK. STILL NO MOVEMENT. MEANING I WAS NOT ABLE TO MOVE THE KEY FORWARD OR BACKWARD. AFTER TRYING AT THE MINIMUM 15 TIMES, I CALLED TRIPLE A AND THEN MY HUSBAND. HE TOLD ME TO CANCEL TRIPLE A AND CONTACT THE DEALER AND HAVE THEM DEAL WITH IT. AS IT WAS ONLY 7:15 AND I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL THE DEALER OPENED AT 9:00. I SAT AND KEPT TRYING TO GET THE KEY TO MOVE.
