RANDOMLY THE POWER STEERING WILL GO OUT. DIFFICULT TO TURN AND CONTROL VEHICLE WHILE EXECUTING A TURN. *JS
BACKING OUT OF PARKING SPOT WHEN DRIVER SIDE LOWER CONTROL ARM SHATTERED. WHEEL WAS UNABLE TO SUPPORT THE WEIGHT OF THE TRUCK OR ANY STEERING MOVEMENTS WITHOUT CAUSING FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE SUSPENSION OR TRUCK BODY. CAUSE WAS A DEFECT IN THE ALUMINUM MOLDING. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 DODGE RAM 1500. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE VEERED TO THE RIGHT WITHOUT WARNING. THE DEALER DIAGNOSED THAT AN ALIGNMENT WAS NEEDED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED, BUT THE FAILURE PERSISTED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE TIRES NEEDED BALANCING. THE REMEDY FAILED TO REPAIR THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 20,000.
