TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 RAM 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE EXHAUST MANIFOLD BOLTS WERE CRACKING, WHICH CAUSED FUMES TO LEAK INTO THE CABIN OF THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT CALLED THE MANUFACTURER AND WAS INFORMED THAT THERE WERE NO RECALLS AND THE WARRANTY EXPIRED TWO MONTHS AGO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REPAIRS COMPLETED UNDER THE WARRANTY WERE STILL FAILING. DIEHL CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM OF ROBINSON (6181 STEUBENVILLE PIKE, MCKEES ROCKS, PA 15136, (412) 722-1800) ACKNOWLEDGED THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT IT OCCURRED OFTEN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 88,000. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN.

THE VEHICLE WAS LATER TAKEN TO 1-10 CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (LOCATED AT 79200 VERNER RD, INDIO, CA 92203, (760) 345-1000). THE DEALER INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT UNDER WARRANTY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN A RECALL. NO FURTHER ASSISTANCE WAS OFFERED AND THE CONTACT WAS REFERRED TO NHTSA. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 119,833. *BF CONSUMER STATED I...

JUNEKS CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE RAM (644 W JACKSON BLVD, SPEARFISH, SD 57783, (605) 644-7773) DIAGNOSED THAT THE BOLTS FRACTURED FROM THE EXHAUST MANIFOLD. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 90,000.
