FAILURE RESULTED IN A ROD BEARING BLOWING A HOLE THROUGH THE MOTOR BLOCK AND OIL PAIN RESULTING IN OIL DRAINAGE AND SUBSEQUENT CATASTROPHIC FAILURE OF THE ENTIRE MOTOR.
