The drivers headrest randomly “popped” from the fixture smacking me in the back of the head hard enough to almost cause a collision
The contact owns a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated the infotainment system turned off intermittently while driving, and occasionally failed to turn off when the vehicle was turned off. The dealer was contacted and informed that the VIN was not under recall. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 69,000.
Rocker arm bearings went bad, need to replace all rockers and perhaps a cam or 2, this is know as the Penstar tick due to poor quality metals from Chrysler . They need to do a recall and fix for all affected cars as this is a labor intensive job and could cost up to 3000 dollars in repairs!
Had to have repairs done after two weeks of purchase of vehicle for recall for vehicle losing power when picking up speed also engine light is on continuously. Contacted dealer and requested repairs Dealer was non-compliance.I had to pay for repairs myself. Still having issues and engine light still on.
