All Carry Handle Shell Base Complaints
Below are the series of events. The reason for this report is related to item number 6. I have attached pictures. I contacted the manufacturer about this and they said that it was made like this from the plastic moulding, but I inspected the seat prior to install and these marks were not there. 1. I bought the seat on November 30, 2024 2. I installed it in my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee on December 17, 2024 3. I could not get the leveling ball in the correct location for a rear facing install with a 25lb baby. I had a zoom call with Evenflo and she was unsure as well and said to send pictures and she would pass along. I did so on this same day and did not hear back. 4.
