THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT ONCE THE DEALER DIAGNOSED THE FAILURE, THEY WOULD DETERMINE IF THE VEHICLE WAS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY.
