TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DODGE DART. WHILE PARKING IN THE DRIVEWAY, THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO SHIFT FROM REVERSE TO PARK. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO TURN OFF THE IGNITION AND USE THE EMERGENCY BRAKE TO PARK THE VEHICLE; HOWEVER, THE KEY COULD NOT BE EJECTED FROM THE IGNITION. THE VIN WAS INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V293000 (POWER TRAIN). THE CONTACT STATED THAT LANDMARK CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM OF ATLANTA (LOCATED AT 5745 PEACHTREE INDUSTRIAL BLVD, CHAMBLEE, GA 30341, (678) 825-6582) EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT THE PART WAS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THE REPAIR. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN. PARTS DISTRIBUTION DISCONNECT.
