2021 VOLKSWAGEN ID.4 Structure Problems

See attached document for complaint. I am writing to you regarding the safety recall 57J9-Door Handles recall for My 2021 Volkswagen ID 4, VIN [XXX] . I have been receiving a notice regarding this recall for months and the VW dealers in my area are not able to repair this. Passengers get locked in the car and could not get out at times.
