Was driving on highway going 60 miles following traffic my car suddenly stalled took me a little bit to pull over, switched off the car, the car made a funny sound. Waited 5 mins and the car started again. My car is constantly stalling, doesn’t give me any warning signals and the Jeep dealership I go to cannot figure out what it is. It takes about min before my car can restart and i keep moving
I will be going 50-65 mph down the highway and my jeep will just die. It will die for about 10-15 seconds then start again. This is very dangerous. I have talked to multiple people that this has happened too.
The V62 fuel pump recall was repaired in 2021. Recently this vehicle has had hard starts again, misfires, engine light came on. The vehicle was taken in to certified repair shop. The shop states cannot diagnose without tearing the only thing apart and a high expense. The shop believes it could be lifters or possibly cam but they are unsure even though the systems to this vehicle having a hard start and misfiring relates to this V62 fuel pump relay that is relates to the cam shaft sensor and causes hard starts and misfires. The car is not driveable more than a short distance. The vehicle is unsafe to drive due to the fact you do not know when this vehicle will stall or start again. I was driving down a hill, came to a stop, and it died. I put the car in park, and turned it off and on. There were no messages on the dashboard. The car started, so I took a left turn and suddenly the car stopped moving. The RPM went up, but the car didn't drive. It kicked back and it finally started driving but with the car hesitating. I was in the middle of a very busy intersection. The car died 3 times yesterday, and today it died 2 times.
On my way to work and the vehicle stalled. I was able to move the vehicle, however, I reached out for assistance in the recall. Unable to get a dealership to fix the recall.
Transmission overheating, thermostat rationality, gear ratio error in 1st, control circuit, oil leak.
My vehicle while I am driving completely stalls on me and I have to wait at least 45 minutes to turn my vehicle on. In 2001 Jeep was forced to do a recall however the situation is still the same with the jeeps stalling. This is a situation that can be life threatening when on a highway if an accident occurs.
We were traveling at approx 75 mph on [XXX] in Georgia when the Jeep completely stopped and shut off - lost all power and we had to coast to the shoulder. Thankfully no one was close behind us. The power steering went out and we could not start it back up. We had to get it towed twice to a Jeep dealership for diagnosis. Was told the fuel pump relay needed to be replaced bc of active recall, but that also both fuel pumps had to be replaced. Said that those are the reasons why Jeep wouldn't run. Called Jeep Customer Care and was advised to have the dealership repair, pay for the fuel pumps and then turn in cost under Case #[XXX] and they would reimburse for the parts and labor of the fuel pumps. Vehicle has stalled over twenty times, whether driving on the highway over 60 mph or driving locally within 20 MPH. Initially stalled December 25, 2022 while driving home on Christmas Day with my entire family, driving full speed on the highway. I felt the stall and pulled over as quickly as I could. Attempted to restart several times and engine would crank but not start until after 5-7 attempts and several minutes. Since then I continue to experience the same stalling and attempts to restart vehicle. Took to service center multiple times and they are unable to determine the issue. Fuel pump relay was changed twice by the dealership. I had to pay $1500 one time as they said the cost was not covered, which is ridiculous since the problem reoccurred many times after that. Most recently, fast forward to almost 1.5 years later and the issue is still occurring....
The battery failed in my vehicle after receiving recall repairs at the service department. The dealership stated that the malfunction happened after first installing a new alternator which was a bad part and shut the vehicle pcm down and they had to replace those components but won’t give me a new battery after stating that it was there mistake but battery’s aren’t cover under warranty components if damaged while repairing other components inside the vehicle. I have contacted the manufacturer and filled out a report for the components and complaints I have experienced with my vehicle in this service dealership. I need help and I have the documents showing that nothing was wrong with any component of my electrical system prior to them supposedly repairing the manufacture safety recalls.
Alternator, Fuel Pump, and Brake Booster Water Shield all recall parts were supposed to be repaired at the Jeep service department on June 18 entered in to service department on June 12, 2023 and ready for pick up on June 19, 2023. The service department informed me that after installing the new parts that they shutdown the PCM had to be replace. After picking vehicle up from the Jeep service department the car shut down on the freeway which it stalled in the middle of the busy freeway which could have resulted in death which is a safety concern. After vehicle was safely pushed to side of road the vehicle was towed to home. I called the dealership next morning they informed me that I would have to repay for another tow back to the dealership to see what the problem was but I had to wait for an open...
Recall 19V-813 was initiated on November 14th, 2019. It is now May 17th, 2023 and the manufacture still is OUT OF STOCK on this part needed to remedy the situation. I'm reporting this because it states if the mfg. cannot remedy in a reasonable amount of time to report it to NHTSA which is what I'm doing. If something happens regarding safety everyone is now on notice that it's unacceptable to be backordered for a recall part for 4 years.
I have had an open recall on my jeep since November 2019. I have called into both of the local jeep dealerships in the area for help with the open recall and was told that they do not have the parts needed to repair the recall. I asked what my next best steps were because this is a safety hazard and based on the recall details, could result in the car coming to a stop while I’m driving without any notice which could lead to an accident or could potentially be fatal. I was told they have no timeframe on when they will be getting in the needed parts and that it could be months. I asked for a rental and was told they do not offer this service even in situations like this. I’ve been driving in fear since learning of the recall and am hoping you can help...
Prior to bringing our Grand Cherokee (GC) to the dealer to fix the apply the fix for the fuel pump relay recall, the GC stalled once every one or two months. After dealer applied the solution to the fuel pump relay recall, GC stalls almost daily and sometimes more than once daily. Usually, the GC starts just fine. During the first drive of the day, as we take our foot off the gas, the GC stalls. This is dangerous and life-threatening because the stall has occurred on busy streets and on the highway. ATTACHMENT: I took a look a the external relay that the dealer installed. I'm suspicious about the relay. I looked the relay part number online and found that the relay was commonly used for another application and not for fuel pumps. Please check the relay part number in the attachment and verify that this is the correct...
Yes the Jeep developed a stall while going down the highway then would crank and run for 3 or seconds and die again and that’s all it would do. Check engine light comes on as well as the lighting bolt on dash. I believe the fuel pump is part of the problem seeing how at a qt tank of gas it will die and only run when more gas is added but also the body control module cause it keeps throwing diff codes after I fix the issues. As well as the way it cranks n dies like security issue. This is very common for jeeps everywhere
The vehicle (2013 GC Trailhawk ) engine stalls while driving. The electrical remains on but engine oil error comes on and I can feel there is missing as if engine is not getting enough fuel, there is no power when you accelerate and the engine stalls. My safety is put in risk because this happens while driving on the highway and normal streets. I have taken it to my Jeep dealer (John Hughes, Perth, Australia ) and they too claimed to have never heard of this issue. Fuel pump relay was already repalced some time back. The issue continues and they claim they cannot figure out the problem. The engine will re-start after about 10 minutes powered off and drives fine until the next time it stalls, which has become more frequent. Truck wouldn’t start found a recall for my vehicle took to dealer for recall recall is for wiring harness to fuel pump and if fuel pump fails it’s suppose to be covered under the recall dealer saying otherwise that I have to pay
I cannot get this fixed. I have been 30th on the list since January and the dealer tells me they only get 1 part every so often. I have this vehicle parked as I refuse to drive since there is a recall. I need help getting the fuel pump component to the Pueblo, CO jeep dealer so I can get my care fixed.
Went into dealership to address fuel pump recall v62. 3rd instance since 2013. Car would not start at pickup after recall was performed. Still same issue with fuel pump relay failure that results in a no-start condition if not running. Dealership rechecked work performed and started car after multiple starts. On the drive home car stalled in right hand turn at 30mph or less.

RECALL V62/NHTSA 19V-813. FUEL PUMP RELAY RECALL. RESPONDED TO THE RECALL AND A NEW WIRING HARNESS WAS INSTALLED. THIS HAS NOT FIXED THE PROBLEM. WHILE STATIONARY, VEHICLE HAS FALSE STARTS ALMOST ON A DAILY BASIS. BY FALSE I MEAN CAR WILL CRANK BUT DOES NOT START. AT TIMES WHILE IN MOTION, VEHICLE WILL RUN SLUGGISH AND CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON. THIS IS THE SECOND REPLACEMENT HARNESS INSTALLED .
I HAVE REQUESTED ASSISTANCE FROM 2 DEALERSHIPS AND I HAVE BEEN TOLD JEEP IS ONLY SENDING 1 PER WEEK TO DEALERSHIPS AND THE LIST TO GET IT FIXED IS VERY LONG AND THEY DO NOT KNOW WHEN I CAN GET IF FIXED. THIS IS A SAFETY RECALL AND I AM VERY WORRIED ABOUT MY JEEP.

RECALLS 19V-913 AND 15V-115 AROUND THE 28TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 2020, I WAS IN PUBLIC STREET ON MY WAY TO MY MOTHER'S HOME AT NIGHT IN MY VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO SLOW DOWN. I BEGAN TO PUSH THE ENGINE PEDAL AND IT DIDN'T REACTED. IT WAS DIFFICULT TO PUSH THE BREAK. I WAS NEAR THE ENTRANCE OF THE COMMUNITY GATE AND, BECAUSE I WAS DRIVING SLOWLY, I WAS ABLE TO PUT THE CAR ON NEUTRO AND MANAGED TO ENTER THE COMMUNITY AND LEFT THE CAR INSIDE THE GATE COMMUNITY BECAUSE WAS NOT ABLE TO REACH MY MOTHER'S HOUSE. IT WAS VERY SCARY AND DANGEROUS SITUATION, BECAUSE I COULD HAVE BEEN HIT BY A CAR BY THE SUDDEN SLOWING OF CAR VELOCITY AND WHILE TURNING LEFT TO THE COMMUNITY GATE IN NEUTRO. THERE IS AN OPEN RECALL ON THIS VEHICLE SINCE 11/2019 WHICH STATES THAT THE VEHICLE MAY STALL WHILE DRIVING. I HAVE BEEN WAITING TO GET THE VEHICLE IN BUT THE DEALERSHIP SAYS THERE HAS BEEN NO FIX GIVEN BY FIAT/CHRYSLER AND I HAVE TO JUST WAIT. THEY HAVE A LIST OF OTHER VEHICLES/OWNERS WAITING AS WELL. SAFETY RECALL WAS ISSUED FOR THIS ON NOVEMBER 14, 2019. THERE IS STILL NO REMEDY. NOT SURE WHAT THE TIMEFRAME ON RECALLS IS, BUT I'D SAY MY SAFETY HAS BEEN AT RISK LONG ENOUGH. MY VEHICLE OFTEN SPUTTERS AND SHAKES VIOLENTLY WHILE ACCELERATING, ESPECIALLY WHEN TRYING TO ACHIEVE HIGH SPEEDS QUICKLY (WHILE ENTERING FREEWAY TRAFFIC FROM AN ON RAMP OR WHEN PASSING INTO ONCOMING TRAFFIC FOR EXAMPLE). THE ISSUE RELATED TO THIS RECALL CAN CAUSE MY VEHICLE TO STALL WHICH WOULD BE SEVERELY DANGEROUS IN THESE SITUATIONS.
I WAS IN TRAFFIC GOING ABOUT 25-30 MPH WHEN I LIGHTLY TOUCHED MY GAS PEDAL AND MY CAR WOULDN'T ACCELERATE AT ALL. SINCE I WAS GOING TOO SLOW I WASN'T ABLE TO GET TO THE LEFT LANE AND THE SHOULDER ON THE RIGHT LANE WAS NARROW SO I SAT HALF IN THE RIGHT LANE HALF ON THE SHOULDER WITH A DEAD CAR FOR ABOUT FIVE MINUTES BEFORE I COULD GET IT TO TURN BACK ON. I WAS ON A HIGHWAY 495N IN MARYLAND DURING RUSH HOUR.
RECEIVED RECALL NOTICE 12 MONTHS AGO - V62/NHTSA 19V-813, FUEL PUMP RELAY. A ENGINE STALL WHILE DRIVING CAN CAUSE VEHICLE CRASH WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING. VEHICLE HAS BEEN IN SHOP 2 TIMES IN LAST WEEK WITH ISSUES WITH THE ETC (ELECTRONIC THROTTLE CONTROL) CAUSED BY THE FUEL PUMP. FAILURE TO START FROM A COLD AND A WARM START HAS HAPPENED 6 TIMES. FIRST REPAIR COST $553.66 AND TODAY'S REPAIR OF THE FUEL PUMP WHILE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY (SINCE THE FIRST RECALL PART FAILED) DOESN'T HELP FIX THE PROBLEM. SHOULD NOT TAKE 12 MONTHS TO RESOLVE AN ISSUE OF THIS MAGNATUDE. IT IS VERY STRESSFUL DRIVING THIS VEHICLE WITH THE KNOWLEDGE THAT IT IS HAVING ISSUES AND COULD FAIL AND CAUSE A CRASH. HOW SOON WILL THIS RECALL BE RECTIFIED?11
VEHICLE WILL NOT START EVERYTIME AND ONCE IT'S JUMPERED TO ANOTHER CAR IT STARTS NO PROBLEM. SOMETIMES IT WILL START THEN IMMEDIATELY JUST DIE. VEHICLE HAS NEVER STALLED WHILE DRIVING. I BOUGHT IT DEC 2019 W/ 102K, IT NOW HAS 120K I DRIVE 400 MI/WK FOR WORK. I HAD TO BUY AN EXTENDED WARRANTY BECAUSE OF THE MILES AND THE WARRANTY CO. IS SAYING THEY WON'T FIX THIS AIR BAG MODULE AND SEAT BELT ISSUE AS WELL. THIS CAR NEEDS TO BE BOUGHT BACK BY THE DEALERSHIP. THE DEALER HAS ALL PAPERWORK BECAUSE THEY STILL HAVE MY CAR.
DROVE MY CAR ALL DAY COMPLETELY FINE ALL DAY NO ISSUES. WENT TO START IT TO GO GET FOOD AND IT WOULDN'T START. TRIED ABOUT FOUR TIMES THEN FINALLY HAD TO DISCONNECT AND RECONNECT THE BATTERY TO GET IT TO START AND I'VE HAD TO DO THIS ABOUT 15 TIMES IN THE YEAR AND A HALF I'VE HAD THIS CAR.
WE PURCHASED A 2013 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE NOV OF 2018. THERE WAS A SAFETY RECALL (V62) NOV OF 2019. THE MALFUNCTION CAUSES THE CAR TO STALL. THERE HAS YET TO BE A REPAIR FOR THE RECALL. IT IS NOW SEPT OF 2020 AND OUR CAR IS STILL STALLING AND UNSAFE DUE TO AN UNFIXED RECALL THAT IS NEARLY A YEAR OLD. WE STILL MUST DRIVE THE CAR WHICH IS A HAZARD TO OURSELVES AND OTHERS BECAUSE NO REMEDY OR REPLACEMENT IS AVAILABLE. THIS IS IRRESPONSIBLE AND DANGEROUS.

I AM CONCERNED ABOUT THE SAFETY OF DRIVING THIS VEHICLE. I CONTACTED THE FCA AND THEY SUGGESTED THAT I TAKE THE VEHICLE INTO MY JEEP DEALER TO HAVE IT ANALYZED TO SEE IF THERE IF ANYTHING WRONG WITH THE RELAY THAT IS CURRENTLY INSTALLED. I TOOK MY VEHICLE INTO THE JEEP DEALER AND THEY TOLD ME THAT PUTTING IT ON THE ANALYZER WOULD DO NOT GOOD. I WANT TO KNOW WHEN THIS RECALL WILL BE RESOLVED.
VEHICLE DOES NOT START AS IT SHOULD CONSISTENTLY. VEHICLE HAS AN INCONSISTENT DELAY IN MOVING FORWARD AFTER STOPPING AT A RED LIGHT AND WILL HAVE A JERK/JUMPING FEELING IN THE TRANSMISSION AFTER THE DELAY/STALL FROM MOVING FORWARD. THIS HAS BEEN AN ONGOING ISSUE SINCE DECEMBER 2019 WHEN I INITIALLY TOOK THE VEHICLE TO GET LOOKED AT AND THE DEALERSHIP STATES THEY DO NOT HAVE PARTS TO FIX THE ISSUE AS OF SEPTEMBER 2020!
I HAD TO REPLACE THE ALTERNATOR AND WASN'T AWARE OF RECALL T36 AND NOW MY FUEL PUMP WENT OUT (RECALL V62). MY TRUCK WAS STALLING AT FIRST, NOW IT WON'T RUN AT ALL. WHEN I CALLED THE DEALER AND THEY SAID THERE WERE NO REPLACEMENT PARTS IN STOCK. THE COST TO REPAIR OUT OF POCKET IS $1450.00. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION, IS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST. THANK YOU!
ON SEPTEMBER 1, 2020 SHORTLY AFTER STARTING THE VEHICLE AND WHILE IN MOTION, THE ENGINE STOPPED CAUSING LOSS OF CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. I WAS ABLE TO BRING THE VEHICLE TO STOP IN ROADWAY WITH HARD PRESSURE ON BRAKES. FORTUNATELY, NO CONTACT WAS MADE WITH PERSON OR PROPERTY. I ATTEMPTED TO RE-START THE VEHICLE BUT IT WOULD ONLY CRANK AND NOT START. SEVERAL MINUTES LATER WAS ABLE TO RESTART THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE HAS HAD TROUBLE STARTING ON MANY OCCASIONS PRIOR BUT THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME IT STOPPED WHILE DRIVING. THE ONLY INDICATION THE VEHICLE HAD LOST POWER WAS WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO SLOW THE VEHICLE AND TURN THE WHEEL. WHILE DRIVING ON A MAJOR HIGHWAY IN NEWINGTON,VA, MY 2013 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE LAREDO SUDDENLY LOST POWER. I LOST ACCELERATION, POWER STEERING AND POWER BRAKES. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IN A MONTH THAT THIS VEHICLE LOST POWER AND REACTED IN THIS MANNER. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A DEALER AND TWO DAYS LATER WAS REPAIRED. THIS VEHICLE IS UNDER A V62 SAFETY RECALL FOR A DEFECTIVE FUEL PUMP RELAY. THE REPAIR WAS A TEMPORARY FIX UNTIL JEEP COMES OUT WITH A PERMANENT FIX. IN 2015 THIS VEHICLE WAS RECALLED UNDER R09 FOR THE SAME FUEL PUMP RELAY PROBLEM. DODGE DURANGO VEHICLES HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. FIAT/CHRYSLER/JEEP CORP. HAS KNOWN ABOUT THIS DEFECTIVE FUEL PUMP RELAY SINCE 2011 AND HAVE YET TO COME UP WITH A PERMANENT FIX. THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF THESE VEHICLES ON THE ROAD AND THEY ARE ALL DEATH TRAPS. JEEP ISSUED A RECALL ON NOVEMBER 19, 2019. NINE MONTHS LATER AND JEEP IS TELLING ME THERE ARE STILL NO PARTS AVAILABLE. AND NO ESTIMATED DATE ON WHEN PARTS / FIX WILL BE AVAILABLE. BY LAW, DOES JEEP HAVE THE RESPONSIBILITY TO FIX WITHIN A YEAR?
IN NOVEMBER 2019, CHRYLSER RECALLED APPROXIMATELY 528,594 DODGE DURANGO AND JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE SUVS FROM MODEL YEARS 2011 TO 2013 BECAUSE FUEL-PUMP RELAYS MAY INTERRUPT ELECTRICAL CURRENT AND PREVENT ENGINE START-UP AND/OR CONTRIBUTE TO A STALL WHILE DRIVING. THE DEALER AND CHRYSLER IS STILL CLAIMING THE PART IS 'OUT OF STOCK' NEARLY 9 MONTHS LATER. WE CANNOT SAFELY DRIVE THE CAR, OR SELL IT BECAUSE OF THIS OPEN RECALL. THE CAR FREQUENTLY WILL NOT START, AND WE ARE VERY CONCERNED OF A STALL DURING DRIVING IF THE VEHICLE DOES START. FUEL PUMP RELAY - MY CAR STALLS WHEN IT WANTS AND TAKES OFF REALLY FAST WHEN IT WANTS, AND STARTS WHEN IT WANTS TO TRANSMISSION. - I AM TOLD THERE HAS BEEN A RECALL ON THE TRANSMISSION MY CAR IS SLIPPING GEARS
I HEARD ABOUT THIS RECALL IN 2019, ACCORDING TO NHTSA WEBSITE, THE RECALL IS FROM NOVEMBER 2019. I HAVE CHECKED MONTH AFTER MONTH WITH THE DEALER I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE FROM AND NO WORD ON ANY PARTS OR FIXES. IT'S NOW JULY 2020 AND STILL NOTHING HAS CHANGED. I'M GETTING WORRIED MORE AND MORE DAILY ABOUT THE PROBLEMS THAT COULD HAPPEN IF THE RECALL ISSUE IS NOT TAKEN CARE OF. IT WILL BE 1 YEAR WITHIN ONLY A FEW SHORT MONTHS.
RECALL NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V813000 REMEDY SAYS THAT WE WILL RECEIVE A SECOND NOTICE WHEN FINAL REMEDY BECOMES AVAILABLE. IT NOTES THAT VEHICLES EXPERIENCING A FUEL PUMP FAILURE WILL RECEIVE AN INTERIM REPAIR. I HAVE BEEN TO 2 DEALERSHIPS AND CALLED FCA MULTIPLE TIMES TO TALK ABOUT THIS RECALL'S INTERIM REPAIR AND HAVE BEEN SENT AROUND WITH NO ANSWER. THEY SEEM TO BE PURPOSELY DODGING ANY ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THIS INTERIM REPAIR THEY HAVE PROMISED. MY VEHICLE HAS STALLED MULTIPLE TIMES ON STREETS AND HIGHWAYS.
I KEEP EXPERIENCING THE SAME ISSUE -- VEHICLE WON'T START AFTER LONG EXTENDED CRANK AND THEN SHUTS OFF. APPROXIMATELY TWO YEARS AGO THE ENTIRE FUEL PUMP WAS REPLACED, YET THE SAME ISSUE HAS REOCCURRED. THIS TIME IT WAS DIAGNOSED AS A WIRING ISSUE TO THE FUEL PUMP RELAY. FIAT CHRYSLER AUTOMOBILES (FCA) REFUSED TO REIMBURSE JANUARY 2018 AND AGAIN JULY 2020. THERE IS CURRENTLY AN OPEN RECALL (V62 / NHTSA 19V-813 AND R09 / NHTSA 14V-115) WITH NO REMEDY RELATED TO THE FUEL PUMP THAT RENDERS THE VEHICLE UNSAFE TO DRIVE. I HAVE REQUESTED THEY REPLACE OR REFUND THE VEHICLE.
WHILE DRIVING MY CAR ON THE HIGHWAY THE BATTERY LIGHT CAME ON. AFTER A FEW MINUTES ALL OF THE OTHER LIGHTS, SEATBELT, ENGINE, ETC. STARTED TO FLASH. THEN MY AIR CONDITIONING TURNED OFF, MY BRAKES STOPPED WORKING AND MY POWER STEERING WENT OUT. LUCKILY I WAS PULLING OFF OF AN EXIT. AFTER FINDING OUT THAT THERE WERE 5 RECALLS, I TOOK THE JEEP TO A DEALERSHIP TO HAVE THEM FIX IT. I PICKED IT UP A FEW DAYS LATER AFTER THEY SAID IT WAS READY. THE DAY AFTER PICKING IT UP...I WAS AGAIN DRIVING DOWN THE HIGHWAY AND THE JEEP DID THE EXACT SAME THING!!! AGAIN LUCKILY I KNEW THE SIGNS AND PULLED OVER QUICKLY BUT STILL LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE BECAUSE POWER STEERING AND BRAKES WENT OUT. *TR
MARCH 2020, I WENT TO A CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP TO HAVE A RECALL REPAIRED ON MY 2013 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE, DUE TO ISSUE WITH MY CAR STARTING. I CONTACTED MOPAR REGARDING THE PROCEDURE TO REPAIR THE FUEL PUMP RELAY RECALL. I WAS ADVISED NO PARTS WERE AVAILABLE YET, AND THE DEALERSHIP SHOULD USE A REPLACEMENT PART TO TEMPORARILY REPAIR THE RECALL. RECALL V62 WAS REPAIRED, ALONG WITH 2 OTHER RECALLS, STATED BY THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IN MARCH 2020. JUNE 8, 2020 MY VEHICLE STALLED WHILE DRIVING, I IMMEDIATELY INFORMED THE DEALERSHIP, AND I WAS TOLD THE REPAIR NEVER WAS COMPLETED. AFTER SPEAKING WITH MOPAR AND REPRESENTATIVES AT THE DEALERSHIP, THE DEALERSHIP FAILED TO SUBMIT THE CORRECT DOCUMENTATION TO MOPAR, ALSO GAVE ME MISINFORMATION, AND THE TEMPORARY FIX FAILED. THE VEHICLE HAD BEEN HESITATING TO START AFTER SEVERAL TIMES FOR A WEEK AND A HALF. THE VEHICLE THEN SHUT OFF AT A...
THERE IS A LONG STANDING RECALL ON THE SUBJECT VEHICLE FUEL PUMP RELAY. HOWEVER, JEEP IS UNABLE TO SUPPLY A SUITABLE REPLACEMENT PART. UNANTICIPATED FAILURE OF THIS PART CAN LEAD TO IMMEDIATE ENGINE STOPPAGE. FCA IS UNABLE TO GIVE A DATE WHEN THE REPLACEMENT MAY BE AVAILABLE. *TR THE CONSUMER STATED THE STEERING COLUMN, WINDSHIELD WIPERS, AIR SUSPENSION COMPRESSOR, TURN SIGNALS, AND BLIND SPOT WARNING ALL FAILED.
