Consumer Description

JEEP AND FCA REFUSE TO FIX THE FUEL PUMP RELAY ON MY JEEP. THEY CLAIM THEY ONLY GET ONE PART PER MONTH AND CANNOT FIX MY JEEP. I HAVE CALLED 5 DIFFERENT JEEP DEALERSHIPS AND FCA US CORPORATE OFFICE AND WAS TOLD THE SAME THING. HOW IS THIS LEGAL? THEY WON'T EVEN TELL ME THE NAME OF THE PART SO I CAN REPLACE IT MYSELF. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TI GET IT REPLACED FOR HALF A YEAR.
