This vehicle is experiencing constant malfunctions with the infotainment system. It constantly flickers, freezes, and blacks out completely during normal driving conditions. This is prohibiting use of features controlled by the unit including charge settings and rear camera use. This has been a constant issue with this car and has been checked by Honda Henderson multiple times and all attempts have failed to resolve.

High voltage warning light, service vehicle soon light, reduced speed limit, would not charge past 25%, forward looking camera issues warning light would show up randomly Called the local Honda dealer(01/26/26), talked with service manager, He told me to bring the vehicle in immediately. The Honda dealer refused to fix it under warranty since it was in an accident.(Right fender and driver door needed repaired.) The dealer wanted $300 dollars to perform a diagnostic test on vehicle. Dealer found that the HVAC system had failed which also includes the 12 volt charging system to also fail. Dealer wanted an additional $800 for further diagnostic testing. Informed me that the full warranty was void do to it being in a previous accident and I will be responsible for all repairs for this vehicle. When driving, frequent knocking sounds can be heard coming from the engine when at a stop to turn, and accelerate. The electrical system was faulty with the engine electrical system indicating problems- the heater shut off, so we had no heat during a 90-minute road trip. Tire pressure monitor indicates low tirepressure and seems unresponsive. I brought it in for service. The electrical system was fixed, but the tire pressure remained low, was noit addressed and return to me with all tires at 32psi. Maintenance person commented, " Sir, all I do is return the vehicle to you"... Please advise. Thank you 4900

Vehicle is unable to charge. Dealer inspection confirmed damage to the charging coupler/receptacle. Charging port shows burn marks and electrical damage. Dealer recommended replacement of the drive motor battery charger receptacle. Vehicle has no diagnostic trouble codes. No accidents, no misuse, no aftermarket equipment. Failure occurred during normal home charging. Honda dealer and Honda USA denied warranty coverage. This defect prevents vehicle operation and presents potential electrical and fire safety risk.

The digital instrument cluster (dashboard screen) and the infotainment screen went black while I was driving. This meant I was unable to see my MHP or any critical information on my car. I was driving and both screens went completely black. Vehicle was charged to over 80%. I could not see speed or any other vehicle information on either screen. After about 5 seconds the screen above the steering wheel started to load back up and then the other screen followed.

Leased this car 1 year ago and it is currently in the repair shop for the 2nd time in a year for the same battery problem: battery won't charge and an error notice on the dashboard that says " Service high voltage system. Reduce acceleration. Drive with care". The first time the shop said that it was a software issue and fixed it. Now the shop is saying that the car needs a new battery. The error notice came up while I was on a road trip and I felt unsafe knowing that the battery could fail or combust while driving. Also, I did not feel safe having the reduced acceleration in effect while I was on the freeway where acceleration can be essential to match traffic and evade accidents.

Main screen that operates the vehicle shuts off periodically and will not return on. Upon restart multiple times the screen will partially open and appear on but touch screen features does not work. This prevents the driver from accessing the radio, turn lights on, turn fog lights on off, change charge settings, and accessing all vehicle safety and non-safety related items. Car does still drives despite not having a functional and operational screen. Dealer has been notified and service appointment set for 12/29.

Went to start vehicle and warning light was present on main screen signaling HIGH VOLTAGE SYSTEM ERROR. I called the local Honda service team who had me check to see if the car would charge. The tech said n the phone was concerned that the battery could be “bricked” meaning in non-operational status. The car did indeed charge and drove it immediately down to service adviser per his recommendation. Honda service team determined that an AC line was dripping on electrical components. The Honda service team was able to fix stated issue.

Two weeks ago, an alert appeared stating that the charge port door was open. The door was closed and no amount of opening and closing the door would stop the alert from repeatedly appearing. After about 2 hours, a new alert would appear either before or after the the alert for the charge door. The new alert told me to service the high voltage charging system. The issue has been confirmed with the dealership, however, they refuse to fix the problem under warranty because they state that the issue is the internal position sensor for the charging port door and that is not one of the more common causes of this, apparently, very common issue with this vehicle. My 2024 honda prologue was brought in to service a battery failure light and get a clicking noise in the front axel looked at when turning. The light was a red on the dash shaped like a car with an exclamation point. Dealer claimed that the multiple codes were nothing and that the car needs a new audio system. Not sure how audio systems = battery failure but i digress. I was told my car is safe to drive so I picked it up, they have still not made any repairs as the audio system is on back order. The morning after i picked it up, the heater started blowing ice cold air, in 10 degree weather. I have had multiple issues with this vehicle and it has been in the shop more than 80 days between April and Oct 2025. First, the entire battery system went out in the all electric vehicle. Honda said that since it was a collaboration car with GM, that it would take a long time to fix because their technicians weren’t very familiar. It took almost 8 weeks in the shop before we got it back. Not long after, the entire dash (electronics) went out and the shop had it again for over a week. they never found or could replicate the issue. However I see people having complaints and getting the vehicle serviced. Also my charger door compartment has been replaced 2x and is almost headed in for a third replacement. Car shows a turtle image on dash and will not go faster than 30mph nor will it fully charge without dealer intervention. This happens when it's cold. There's also a clicking sound when turning as well that's a whole other issue.

Service high voltage system light/notification has come on three times since we got it last September 2024. The first time the light came on we heard lots of clicking leading up to the notification. The second time there wasn’t anything noticeably wrong besides the light coming on. The third time the heater wouldn’t heat the air coming in, it stayed cold. The car was purchased on 20 Jan 25, the first time was on 17March 25 and the car had 1880 miles, the second time was on 13 Oct 25 and the car had 7141 miles, the third time was on 23 Oct 25 and the car had 7357 miles, the 4th time was on Nov 3 and the car had 7421 miles,the 5 times was on 17 Nov 25. I got my honda prologue in may 2024, brand new. I have since had it into the shop about to be for the 2nd time due to clicking when i turn . CV JOINTS . they replaced all of them in 9/25 and now again in 11/25... not even 3 months later. I currently also have issues with the mileage, i used to get 260 when i would charge to 80% not i only get 230 if i am lucky. Also , my temp gauges tend of be wrong. along with my mileage showing i have more than i start driving and it goes down by 10-15 miles.... This car is worthless and the constant issues witht he CV JOINTS needs to be recalled so our cars can get bought back .. this is causing more issues for the owners than it needs to be

The contact owns a 2024 Honda Prologue. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed and making a turn, the vehicle made abnormal clanking and grinding sounds. The message "Drive with Caution - Acceleration Decreased" was displayed. Additionally, the heater was inoperable, and the battery failed to charge above 25 percent. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who replaced the front axles four times and serviced the battery; however, the failure persisted. The vehicle was not repaired. Vehicle charge will drop signficatinally when parked for over night. Car was charged to 100 % then dropped to 92% overnight. Car only gets 50-60% of mileage stated from the dash and app. Car has 3997 miles on it, yet as has charge history shows it has been charged enough throughout history to have 8,100 miles.

At almost 20,000 miles my car shut itself off while I was still driving. I was slowing down to a stop but my car was not functioning properly, could not turn my car off, put in park or turn of parking break. I had to sit in the middle of the street for at least a minute until I was able to shut off my car and restart it again. I drove straight to the Honda dealership. Waiting on diagnostic results. Also, I have always had a problem reversing out of a parking space when it rains. The emergency sensor reads an object behind me and automatically breaks even though I am the only car in the parking lot. It takes me minutes to back out enough to turn my car.

Persistence issues with warning indicators appearing and charging capabilities on vehicle being reduced from 80% to 27% or 25%, which is approximately 67 miles total, and charging capacity cannot be increased either on the app of the vehicle or directly through the vehicle. Warning indicators displayed include "Service Vehicle Soon" and "Service High Voltage System". Four light indicators appear, one yellow turtle symbol, two red battery looking symbols, and a red car symbol. Incident has occurred a total of 5 times within approximately a 50-day period. Leased vehicle 8/31/24, HondaLink app crashed within 45 minutes of leaving the dealership. Spent the next 3.5 months on the phone and emailing regularly with Honda for assistance, updates, or a solution, usually with limited response and no resolution. We were told by Honda to not drive the car until the issue was resolved, but they wouldn’t take it in to a shop or anything. Knocking sound in the front when turning Honda states normal axel problem. For Fuel/battery . Been in a back and forth with Honda service/Honda motors because I’m getting less then advertised on my range performance. Example I drove a 60 mile drive and car drained 109z that’s 49 miles unaccounted for. I am now being told by Honda Motors mediation that the battery loses 30/40 percent efficiency in cold weather. That’s horrible. It’s not advertised and it’s unacceptable. It’s unsafe that customers can’t depend on the vehicle when an emergency happens.

During my experience with the 2024 Honda Prologue, I have encountered several significant issues related to the vehicle's starter system. Automatic braking is very sensitive, especially in the rain, and even more so when backing up in the rain. The unexpected braking happened to me at a rotary for no apparent reason, and numerous times in reverse. Service Vehicle Soon Light/(Propulsion System Failure) came on randomly at around 4000 miles. Within a day or so it turned off. Nothing with the car seemed to be effected. Then around 4500 symbol turned on again and has been on for a day or so. No notable issues.

I activate the right turn signal then turn right. When the turn is complete and the steering wheel straightens out, the right turn signal is automatically cancelled (as is normal). However, one out of about five times, after the right turn signal is automatically cancelled, the *left* turn signal activates for three blinks, as though it was momentarily pressed. The dealer was able to duplicate the problem, then "test drove another Prologue in stock, duplicated concern on known good Prologue." While sitting idle at a traffic light, my forward collision notification beeped in spite of my Honda Prologue and the vehicle in front of me being completely still. Otherwise, no movement was taking place in front of my car. I captured this on camera during an incident when this occurred briefly. I would be happy for Honda to inspect this. I haven’t reported this to anyone else at this point. No other warning lights or messages indicated this could be a problem. This failure of my forward collision warning system has occurred about 50 times since purchasing this Prologue in late December of last year (over about 7,500 miles). At times, the beeping won’t stop unless I put the car in park. I learned the locations of the sensors behind the rear-view mirror and on the bumper. I cleaned the outer surfaces off to no effect.

I turned my car on and it made an extremely loud, dangerously loud, loudest noise you have ever heard loud, static noise. I turned it off and waited and turned it back on and same thing. I tried shifting it to drive, and the noise stopped. However, every time I did anything where the vehicle would make a noise, it would make a full-volume static blasting noise instead. The tire monitor system is not working at all, I have tried resetting it for hundreds of times. It will recaliber and show me the tire pressure on all wheels just for 5 min. And once I start driving it gives me warning again( tire monitor system service).

We were assured the issues were fully resolved.
