2024 HONDA PROLOGUE Wheels Problems

I am submitting this complaint regarding a recurring safety defect in my 2024 Honda Prologue (VIN: [XXX] ), serviced at AutoNation Honda Chandler in Chandler, Arizona. Most recent service reference: Invoice #XXX. The vehicle has experienced a repeated knocking noise coming from the right front wheel area, particularly when turning right or left at low speeds with the steering wheel fully turned. The dealership diagnosed the issue as a failure of the front wheel drive half shaft (outboard passenger axle) and replaced the component. This same part has now failed three times. Despite multiple repairs and part replacements, the problem continues to return. Very loud noises coming from the front wheels, as if something is broken. I've already taken it to the dealership, but they haven't fixed anything. They just say it's normal. I'm afraid of causing a serious accident because I think it's a problem with the front suspension or steering.

When driving, frequent knocking sounds can be heard coming from the engine when at a stop to turn, and accelerate. The electrical system was faulty with the engine electrical system indicating problems- the heater shut off, so we had no heat during a 90-minute road trip. Tire pressure monitor indicates low tirepressure and seems unresponsive. I brought it in for service. The electrical system was fixed, but the tire pressure remained low, was noit addressed and return to me with all tires at 32psi. Maintenance person commented, " Sir, all I do is return the vehicle to you"... Please advise. Thank you 4900

It's a noise coming from the front of both tires; it's a very, very unpleasant noise that's a little frightening because it's in the suspension area of ​​the tires, and it sounds like something could break. The noise is also very loud and quite annoying. It's uncomfortable to drive with that noise all the time; it's constant when turning left or right. I'm trying to figure out if it's a manufacturing defect or something that can be fixed. I've already taken it to the dealership twice to report this problem, and they tell me it's normal, that the car is supposed to make that noise, but I don't think it's normal. CV joints making a clicking noise when turning. Right Honda in Scottsdale AZ diagnosed it Nov 2025. As of Jan 2026, there are still no parts to repair after calling the dealership to get an update.

The vehicle began popping when turning left near the axel. Once brought up to Honda we were made aware that they know about the issue but my vehicle didn’t fall as necessary to fix…..yet and they are hoping for a recall in order to address my issue. Till then I’m supposed to drive around with a potentially broken axel with my children.

The contact owns a 2025 Honda Prologue. The contact stated that while attempting to make a left turn, there was a clicking sound coming from the front driver’s and passenger’s side wheels. A dealer was contacted. The vehicle was taken to a dealer and the vehicle was inspected, and the contact stated that the vehicle was operating as intended. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 10,800.

Well i bought this Brand New car from HONDA PLANET in NJ UNION 2024 August have been have this issues with axles making clicking noises also when Stopping Suddenly in Reverse this is not normal have been taken to the dealership since i bought this car and its getting crazy for me for my comfort because i bought this car for my comfort use not to be feeling uncomfortable and not safe driving this car

I have two problems: 1. When I steer full left or right and move forward, I have clicking noise coming from the front. 2. Usually when I push break, my car gets into emergency brake .I guess the sensors are too sensitive and it gets into emergency break and stop the car without no reason.

Self healing tires unable to be repaired by dealer with nail in main tread area. Any other tire would have been able to be patched and inflated. Tire was less than self healing.

Tire pressure monitor sensor will not stay off. Car has been taken back to the dealer several times and they are unable to keep it off. Was told by the dealer service manager that "it's just a light" and that I "should be ok." Called Honda and submit a ticket for them to handle it with the dealership but the both of them are unable to get it resolved.
