I TAKE VERY GOOD CARE OF MY CARE AND I ALWAYS OPEN MY CAR DOOR VERY GENTLY. HOWEVER, I JUST REALIZED THAT THE DRIVER'S SIDE INTERIOR DOOR LOCK IS BROKEN. I CANNOT OPEN THE CAR FROM THE INSIDE, INSTEAD, I HAVE TO ROLL THE WINDOWS DOOR AND USE THE OUTSIDE HANDLE TO OPEN THE DOOR. I DID RESEARCH ON THE INTERNET AND THERE ARE ALOT OF PEOPLE WHO ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE ISSUE. I HAVE A 2011 FORD FUSION SE WITH AROUND 52,000 MILES AND I RECENTLY BOUGHT THE CAR. THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE DOOR LOCKS. ONE TWO OCCASIONS THE DRIVERS DOOR LOCK HAS FAILED TO ENGAGE IN COLD WEATHER (APPROX 30 DEGREES). ONCE I WAS OUTSIDE THE CAR, THE KEYLESS ENTRY WOULD NOT UNLOCK THE DOOR, AND I TRIED THE PHYSICAL KEY. I WAS ABLE TO VERY SLOWLY TURN IT TO GET IN. HOWEVER, THE SECOND TIME THIS HAPPENED I WAS *INSIDE* THE CAR AND COULD NOT GET OUT. THE ELECTRONIC LOCK SWITCH WOULD FAIL (THOUGH I DID HEAR IT TRYING TO WORK), AND THE MANUAL LEVER WAS LOOSE AND WOULD NOT UNLOCK THE DOOR. AFTER SEVERAL MINUTES OF TRYING THE ELECTRONIC LOCK, THE DOOR FINALLY OPENED. THE DEALER SAID THEY COULD DO NOTHING BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM. THE CAR WAS UNDER WARRANTY AND I THINK THE DOOR (OR ALL THE DOORS) SHOULD BE REPLACED SINCE THIS IS A LIFE AND SAFETY ISSUE. THIS...
