Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVER SIDE DOOR FAILED TO OPEN WHEN USING THE INTERIOR LATCH. AS A RESULT, THE CONTACT HAD TO CLIMB OVER TO THE PASSENGER SIDE IN ORDER TO EXIT THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 109,000.
