The contact owns a 2017 Ford F-250. The contact stated that water had entered the vehicle through the dome light and leak from the door handles and instrument panel. The contact stated that the vehicle was taken to the dealer where the front windshield was initially replaced; however, upon investigation, it was later discovered that the dome light was the source of the leak, and the dome light was replaced. The contact then stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, she heard something fall from the vehicle then felt a rush of wind enter the cabin of the vehicle. Upon inspection, the contact discovered that the rear windshield frame had detached from the vehicle.
