THEY STATED IN THE ATTACHED DOCUMENT THAT THEY KNOW THEY HAVE INSTALLED A DEFECTIVE PART THAT CAN CAUSE FUTURE CAR DAMAGE, BUT WON'T DO ANYTHING TO FIX IT.
