Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 DODGE CHARGER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE EXPERIENCED SEVERE VIBRATION COMING FROM THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT. THE CHECK ENGINE AND THROTTLE CONTROL WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THERE WAS A FAULTY IGNITION COIL AND THE ENGINE MISFIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 177,000. UPDATED 6/26/18*JB
