Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 DODGE CHARGER. WHILE DRIVING 20 MPH, THE DRIVER HEARD AN UNUSUAL NOISE FROM THE FRONT OF THE VEHICLE AND NOTICED FLUID THAT RESEMBLED ANTIFREEZE LEAKING FROM THE FRONT OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE COOLING FAN BLADE WAS FRACTURED. ALSO, SHROUDS OF THE FAN WENT THROUGH THE RADIATOR, WHICH CAUSED A LEAK AND DAMAGED THE RADIATOR. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 54,000.
