THE DEALER STATED THAT THE REASON THE VEHICLE FAILED TO START WAS DUE TO CORROSION OF THE BATTERY TERMINALS. BOTH REPAIRS WOULD BE AT THE CONTACT'S EXPENSE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED AND CONTINUED TO EXPERIENCE BOTH FAILURES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 120,000.
